PROMOTION REGULATIONS

Promotion Period: 08.01.2025 – 18.02.2025
1. General Provisions
1.1 Promotion Name:
15% Off Chests of Drawers and Nightstands. Offer for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network Members.
1.2 Organizer:
The promotion is organized by IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Janki, Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, with a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85 (“Organizer”).
2. Conditions of Participation
2.1 Promotion Period:
08.01.2025 – 18.02.2025 or while stocks last.
2.2 Promotion Location:
IKEA physical stores within the Republic of Poland (“IKEA Store”), the online store www.IKEA.pl / IKEA application, purchases via telephone.
2.3 Eligibility:
Participation in the promotion is open to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units not possessing legal personality to which legal capacity is granted by law.
2.4 Target Audience:
The promotion is aimed at retail customers and applies to purchases of IKEA products in quantities typically purchased by households or for business purposes. The promotion does not apply to the purchase of IKEA products for resale.
2.5 Employee Participation:
IKEA employees may participate in the promotion.
2.6 Membership Requirement:
Only members of the IKEA Family club and IKEA Business Network are eligible to participate in the promotion. The IKEA Family card or IKEA Business Network card must be presented before payment at an IKEA store. For online or telephone orders, eligibility requires providing your IKEA Family card or IKEA Business Network card number during the order.
2.7 Promotion Stacking:
The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
3. Detailed Promotion Terms
3.1 Discount Amount:
Upon purchasing products listed in Attachment No. 1 to these Regulations, the Customer will receive a 15% discount on these products. The list of products covered by the promotion and the discount amount for individual products are specified in Attachment No. 1 to these Regulations, subject to point 3.2 below.
3.2 Excluded Items:
Products listed in Attachment No. 1 to these Regulations purchased from the "Okazje na Okrągło" (Special Offers) section, display items, or custom-ordered items are excluded from the promotion.
3.3 Multiple Use:
The Customer may use the promotion multiple times during its validity period.
3.4 In-Store Participation:
To benefit from the promotion in a physical store, Products included in the promotion must be paid for, and the IKEA Family card or IKEA Business Network card must be presented at the checkout. When using self-checkout, the Customer must scan their IKEA Family card or IKEA Business Network card and the promotion-eligible Products.
3.5 Online/Phone Participation:
To benefit from the promotion for online or telephone orders, Products must be paid for, and your IKEA Family card or IKEA Business Network card number must be provided during the order process.
3.6 Returns:
Returning Products purchased under the promotion constitutes withdrawal from the promotion. The refund value is calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.
4. Other Provisions
4.1 Acceptance:
Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation that the customer has read and accepted these Regulations.
4.2 Complaints:
Any complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days from the end of the promotion:
- By phone: +48 22 275 00 00 (charges apply according to the operator's tariff),
- In person at the IKEA Customer Service Department in writing,
- By mail to the IKEA Store address (Attn: Head of Customer Service Department).
4.3 Complaint Resolution Time:
Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
4.4 Complaint Content:
A written complaint should include: customer contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description and reason for the complaint.
4.5 Regulation Availability:
The promotion regulations are available at the IKEA Store in the Customer Service Department and on the website ikea.pl/regulaminy.
4.6 Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from the performance of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.
4.7 IKEA Liability:
In relation to Customers who are consumers or individuals who have concluded a contract directly related to their economic activity, where the content of the contract indicates that it does not have a professional character for them, resulting in particular from the subject of their economic activity, made available under the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, IKEA is liable for the non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the contract under the rules regulated in Art. 43a et seq. of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights. In relation to other Customers, IKEA is liable for defects of Goods under the rules regulated in Art. 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
4.8 Regulation Effective Date:
These Regulations are effective from 08.01.2025.
