IKEA Garden Furniture and Flooring Promotion

1. General Provisions

1.1 Promotion Name: "30% off furniture and garden flooring for purchases over 200 PLN."

1.2 Organizer: The promotion is organized by IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, Poland. The company has a share capital of 20,000,000.00 PLN and is registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85.

2. Promotion Terms and Conditions

2.1 Promotion Period: 14.05.2025 - 01.06.2025 or until stocks of promotional products are depleted.

2.2 Promotion Location: The promotion takes place in the IKEA online store at www.IKEA.pl and via the IKEA app.

2.3 Eligibility: The promotion is available to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality that have legal capacity granted by law.

2.4 Target Audience: The promotion is aimed at retail customers and applies to IKEA products typically purchased by households or for business purposes. It does not apply to IKEA products intended for resale.

2.5 Employee Participation: IKEA employees are eligible to participate in the promotion.

2.6 Membership Requirement: Participation is exclusively for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members. To benefit from the promotion when ordering through the IKEA online store or app, members must log in with their IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network account and provide their membership card number during the order process.

3. Detailed Promotion Conditions

3.1 Discount: The promotion offers a 30% discount on furniture and garden flooring listed in Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations, provided that the total purchase value in a single transaction reaches or exceeds 200 PLN (two hundred PLN).

3.2 Product List: The list of products included in the promotion and the discount amount for each product are detailed in Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations, subject to clause 3.3.

3.3 Exclusions: Products listed in Appendix No. 1 that are purchased from the "Occasion Corner" or display items, products designated as "Second Quality," or items ordered on individual request are not eligible for this promotion.

3.4 Multiple Use: Members can utilize the promotion multiple times during its validity period.

3.5 Transaction Requirement: To qualify for the discount, purchases must be made in a single transaction, include products listed in Appendix No. 1, have a minimum value of 200 PLN, and the customer must identify themselves with their IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card. For online or app purchases, customers must log in to their IKEA Family/IKEA Business Network account before payment.

3.6 Returns: Returning products purchased under this promotion means forfeiting the discount. The refund value will be calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.

4. Other Provisions

4.1 Acceptance: Participation in the promotion signifies the customer's confirmation of having read and accepted these Regulations.

4.2 Complaints: Any complaints regarding the promotion must be submitted within 14 days from the end of the promotion period. Complaints can be submitted:

• By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges according to the operator's tariff).
• In person at the IKEA Customer Service Department in writing.
• By mail to the IKEA Store's address (Customer Service Department Manager).
• Via the complaint form available on the IKEA website: Reklamacje w IKEA - IKEA.

4.3 Complaint Resolution Time: Complaints will be processed within 14 days.

4.4 Written Complaint Requirements: A written complaint must include customer contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the reason for the complaint.

4.5 Regulations Availability: The promotion regulations are available on the website IKEA.pl/regulaminy.

4.6 Amendments: The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Regulations during the promotion period. Any changes will be published on the IKEA.pl/regulaminy website and at the IKEA store. Amendments will take effect from the date of their announcement, as indicated in the Regulations. Changes do not apply to customers who joined the promotion before the amendments were introduced.

4.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.

4.8 Consumer Rights: For customers who are consumers or individuals who have entered into an agreement directly related to their economic activity, but where the agreement does not have a professional character for them (as indicated by their business activity registration), IKEA is responsible for the conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the agreement as regulated by Articles 43a et seq. of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other customers, IKEA is responsible for product defects according to Articles 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.

4.9 Validity: These Regulations are effective from 14.05.2025.
