Promotion Terms and Conditions
- Promotion Period: 02.06.2025 - 31.08.2025.
- Promotion Location: IKEA Kraków store (ul. Josepha Conrada 66, 31-357 Kraków), IKEA online store (www.IKEA.pl), IKEA.pl application, phone orders, or IKEA chat service.
- Eligibility: Natural persons with full legal capacity, legal persons, or organizational units without legal personality but with legal capacity granted by law.
- Scope: The promotion applies to retail customers and covers purchases of IKEA products typically bought by households or for business purposes. It does not apply to purchases for resale. IKEA employees are eligible to participate.
- Participation Requirement: Only members of the IKEA Family club and IKEA Business Network are eligible to participate in the promotion.
Detailed Promotion Conditions
- Promotion Benefit: Delivery service to the Rzeszów-Warszawska PUP Pickup Point is reduced from PLN 49 (gross) to PLN 1 (gross) for purchases totaling a minimum of PLN 500. This applies to purchases made in the IKEA Kraków store, online store (www.IKEA.pl), IKEA app, via phone, or through the IKEA chat service.
- Excluded Products: Products purchased from the "Occasional Offers" department, custom-ordered items, and IKEA Food products available in the IKEA Restaurant, Swedish Food Market, and Bistro are not included in this promotion.
- Multiple Use: Customers can use the promotion multiple times during its validity period.
- Returns: Returning products purchased under this promotion constitutes withdrawal from the promotion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.

- Any disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.
- For customers who are consumers or natural persons whose contracts are directly related to their business activity, but where the contract content indicates it does not have a professional character for them (particularly based on their business activity as registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity), IKEA is liable for the non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the contract as regulated by articles 43a et seq. of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights. For other customers, IKEA is liable for product defects according to articles 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
