IKEA Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1 Promotion Name: "15% off PAX wardrobes and KOMPLEMENT organizers for a minimum purchase of 999 PLN".

1.2 Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located in Janki, Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, with a share capital of 20,000,000.00 PLN, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85 ("Organizer").

2. Promotion Usage Conditions

2.1 Promotion Period: 14.05.2025 - 01.06.2025 or until stocks of promotional items are depleted.

2.2 Promotion Location: IKEA online store www.IKEA.pl / IKEA application.

2.3 Eligibility: The promotion is available to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality to which the law grants legal capacity.

2.4 Target Audience: The promotion is aimed at retail customers and applies to IKEA products purchased in quantities typically bought by households or for business purposes. The promotion does not apply to the purchase of IKEA products for resale.

2.5 Employee Participation: IKEA employees may participate in the Promotion.

2.6 Membership Requirement: To participate in the Promotion, you must be a member of the IKEA Family club or IKEA Business Network. When placing an order in the IKEA online store (www.IKEA.pl) or via the IKEA app, you must provide your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card number during the order process to benefit from the Promotion.

3. Detailed Promotion Conditions

3.1 Discount Details: The promotion consists of a 15% discount on PAX wardrobes and KOMPLEMENT organizers listed in Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations, provided that the total purchase value in a single transaction reaches or exceeds 999 PLN (nine hundred ninety-nine PLN) ("Discount").

3.2 Product List: The list of products covered by the promotion and the discount amount for individual products are specified in Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations, subject to point 3.3 below.

3.3 Exclusions: Products listed in Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations that are purchased as part of the "Round Deals" or from display, "Second Quality" products, or custom-made products are excluded from the promotion.

3.4 Multiple Use: A member can use the promotion multiple times during its validity period.

3.5 Transaction Requirement: To benefit from the Promotion, you must purchase products listed in Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations with a minimum value of 999 PLN in a single transaction and identify yourself with your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card. To receive the Discount when shopping via the IKEA online store or app, you must log in to your IKEA Family/IKEA Business Network account before completing the payment for the discounted items.

3.6 Returns: Returning products purchased under the Promotion means forfeiting participation in the Promotion. The refund value will be calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.

4. Other Provisions

4.1 Acceptance: Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation of having read and accepted the terms of these Regulations.

4.2 Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end date:

• By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges according to operator's tariff).
• In person at the IKEA Store Customer Service Department in writing.
• By mail to the IKEA Store address (Customer Service Department Manager).
• Via the complaint form available on the website: Reklamacje w IKEA - IKEA.
• Via IKEA Chat available on the page: Skontaktuj się z nami – IKEA - IKEA.

4.3 Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be processed within 14 days.

4.4 Complaint Content: A written complaint must include: customer contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description and reason for the complaint.

4.5 Regulations Availability: The promotion regulations are available on the website: IKEA.pl/regulaminy.

4.6 Organizer's Right to Change: The Organizer may introduce changes to these Regulations during the Promotion period. Amended terms will be published on the website IKEA.pl/regulaminy and at the IKEA Store. Changes will be effective from the date of announcement, as stated above. The date of amendment will also be indicated in the Regulations. Changes to these Regulations do not apply to individuals who joined the Promotion before the date of the change.

4.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this Promotion will be resolved by the competent common court.

4.8 Consumer Rights: For Customers who are consumers or individuals who have concluded an agreement directly related to their economic activity, where the agreement indicates that it is not of a professional nature for them (e.g., based on registration in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity), IKEA is responsible for the conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the agreement as regulated by Article 43a et seq. of the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights. For other Customers, IKEA is responsible for product defects as regulated by Article 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.

4.9 Validity: These Regulations are effective from 14.05.2025.
