IKEA "Last Pieces" Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. Promotion Name: "Last Pieces".

1.2. The organizer of the promotion is IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, with a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85 ("Organizer").

2. Promotion Usage Conditions

2.1. Promotion Period: 02.06 – 30.06.2025 or until stocks of promotional items are depleted.

2.2. Promotion Location – IKEA, ul. Szwedzka 10, 61-285 Poznań.

2.3. The promotion applies to purchases made in the stationary IKEA Poznań store.

2.4. The promotion does not apply to orders fulfilled based on the Regulations for the Provision of Distance Services.

2.5. The promotion can be used by any natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality to which the law grants legal capacity.

2.6. The promotion is aimed at retail customers and applies to the purchase of IKEA goods in quantities typically purchased by households or for business purposes. The promotion does not apply to the purchase of IKEA goods for resale. IKEA employees may participate in the promotion.

3. Detailed Promotion Conditions

3.1. The promotion consists of the possibility to purchase selected items at a lower price. The list of items covered by the promotion and the discount amount for individual items are indicated in Annex No. 1 to the Regulations, subject to point 3.2 below.

3.2. Items indicated in Annex No. 1 to the Regulations, purchased in the "Occasions on the Go" section, as well as items on individual orders, are not covered by the promotion.

3.3. A customer can take advantage of the promotion multiple times during its duration.

3.4. Returning products purchased under the promotion means simultaneously withdrawing from the promotion. The return value is calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.

4. Other Provisions

4.1. Participation in the promotion is equivalent to confirming that the customer has read and accepted the terms of these Regulations.

4.2. All complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days from the end of the promotion's validity:

• via IKEA chat available on the website: Contact – IKEA - IKEA
• directly in the Customer Service Department at the IKEA Poznań Store in writing
• by mail to the address of the IKEA Poznań Store (Customer Service Department Manager)
• by phone: 22 275 00 00 (fee according to the operator's tariff)
• via the complaint form available on the website: Complaints at IKEA - IKEA

4.3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.

4.4. A written complaint should include: customer contact details (name and surname, address, phone number) and a description and reason for the complaint.

4.5. The promotion regulations are available in the IKEA Store at the Customer Service Department in the IKEA Poznań store and on the website ikea.pl/regulaminy.

4.6. Any disputes arising from the performance of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.

4.7. With regard to Customers who are consumers or natural persons who have concluded a contract directly related to their economic activity, where the content of this contract indicates that it does not have a professional character for them, resulting in particular from the subject of their economic activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, IKEA is responsible for the non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the contract on the terms regulated in art. 43a et seq. of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights. With regard to other Customers, IKEA is responsible for defects in the Goods on the terms regulated in art. 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.

4.8. These Regulations are effective from 02.06.2025.
