IKEA Family "Brugole" Program Details

1. Brugole Program

Bring your home ideas to life with the IKEA Family card or by logging in as an IKEA Family member on the IKEA.it website and the Italian version of the IKEA app (hereinafter "app IKEA IT"). Each time you participate, you accumulate "brugole" which allow you to choose and obtain the most suitable "Brugole Coupon Discount" for you.

2. How to Accumulate Brugole

From 03/11/2022 to 31/12/2030, by using your IKEA Family card in IKEA stores in Italy, on the IKEA.it website, and on the IKEA IT app, you can accumulate a variable number of "brugole" by performing one of the following actions:

2.a. Purchases of IKEA Products and Services

A variable number of "brugole" will be awarded based on the amount spent in-store, on the IKEA.it website, on the IKEA IT app, and/or via phone/video consultation, on the entire IKEA range of furniture, home furnishings/accessories (excluding IKEA Gift Cards), food products, and services, in areas such as the Swedish Restaurant / Swedish Bar / Swedish Bistro / any other Refreshment Area. The rate is 1 "brugola" for every €4 (*) or its multiples (e.g., for an amount spent of €22, 5 "brugole" will be awarded - 5 "brugole" x €4 = €20; the remaining €2 of spending will not entitle you to "brugole").

(*) The amount refers to:

• Net of any discounts and vouchers applied at the time of payment
• VAT included

In-store, the "brugole" calculation will be done separately for each type of purchase, even if the payment is made on a single receipt for multiple types. For example, a receipt of €100 composed as follows:

• €16 for ready-to-collect products ("Cash&Carry")
• €65 for a purchase order made and paid for in-store, designated as "iSOM"
• €19 for a purchase order made and paid for in-store, designated as "for sale" or "goods preparation deposit"

The "brugole" count will not be based on the total value of the receipt (€100), but for each purchase type: €16=4 "brugole", €65=16 "brugole", and €19=4 "brugole", for a total of 24 "brugole".

Before payment and for "iSOM" distribution orders, you must always identify yourself as an IKEA Family member.

Purchase documents (receipts and/or orders and/or invoices) cannot be cumulated for the minimum threshold of €4 (four/00) and its multiples.

2.b. IKEA Family Account Creation

You will be awarded 5 (five) "brugole" upon creation of a new IKEA Family account (*) and the simultaneous assignment of your IKEA Family Card number (subject to the relevant Terms and Conditions available at Terms and Conditions).

The award is a one-time event and the awarded "brugole" cannot be transferred to another account or combined/associated with "brugole" accumulated with another account/IKEA Family Card, regardless of the account holder.

(*) In case of account creation by converting an account originally registered as 'Regular' (i.e., a user registered on IKEA.it) to an IKEA Family account, you may encounter some issues in crediting the 5 (five) "brugole": in such cases, please contact us at privacy.it@ikea.com for correct "brugole" crediting.

2.c. Login to IKEA.it or IKEA IT App

You will be awarded 1 (one) "brugola" for each login to the IKEA.it website or each identified access to the IKEA IT app. The award will be for a maximum of once per week (period considered as seven days from Monday to Sunday).

2.d. Create and Save a Wishlist on IKEA.it or IKEA IT App

You will be awarded 2 (two) "brugole" for creating and saving each wishlist (also known as "wish list", "shopping list", or "purchase list") of products on IKEA.it or the IKEA IT app. The award will be for a maximum of once per week (period considered as seven days from Monday to Sunday).

2.e. Participate in an In-Store Event

You will be awarded 20 (twenty) "brugole" for your effective participation in any in-store event dedicated to IKEA Family members, provided you register on IKEA.it and IKEA staff confirm your participation in the event.

2.f. Furniture Design and Consultation Service

You will be awarded 30 (thirty) "brugole" after IKEA staff confirm your effective participation in an appointment booked through your IKEA Family Account, to use one of the services indicated on the "Furniture Design and Consultation Service" page. The award will be for a maximum of 5 (five) appointments per calendar year (period considered as days between January 1st and December 31st).

IKEA reserves the right to modify the list above regarding IKEA Family member behaviors that entitle "brugole" accumulation, as well as to modify the number of "brugole" awarded for each behavior, or to modify the rules for awarding "brugole" for each behavior, in compliance with the terms established at the end of this regulation, without prejudice to rights already acquired by IKEA Family members.

3. How to Convert Brugole into a "Brugole Coupon Discount"

Upon reaching the minimum number of "brugole" as indicated below, you can request a discount coupon from your personal area on the IKEA.it website or the IKEA IT app, which will be issued as a "Brugole Coupon Discount".

Upon confirmation of your choice, the number of "brugole" required for the chosen discount coupon will be deducted from your accumulated "brugole" total.

After selecting the desired "Brugole Coupon Discount" and confirming it, you will be able to view your personalized code in your reserved area to use the discount coupon in IKEA stores in Italy or on the IKEA.it website or the IKEA IT app (depending on the selected coupon). Additionally, within 24 hours of confirmation, you will receive an email containing the same information. If you do not receive the message, you can still find your activated discount coupons by accessing your IKEA account's personal area.

IKEA reserves the right to vary at any time the list of below-mentioned discount coupons, their nature, and/or the number of "brugole" required to obtain them, without prejudice to discount coupons already requested before the effective variation of this article. Any changes will be communicated with adequate notice on the IKEA website in the section dedicated to IKEA Family Members on IKEA.it/Family.

3.a. Furniture & Accessories Coupon Discounts ("Brugole Coupon Discount Furniture & Accessories")

• 3.a.i. Value €10 (ten/00) to be used on a minimum spend of €30 (thirty/00). You can obtain this discount coupon with 155 (one hundred and fifty-five) "brugole".
• 3.a.ii. Value €25 (twenty-five/00) to be used on a minimum spend of €70 (seventy/00). You can obtain this discount coupon with 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) "brugole".
• 3.a.iii. Value €50 (fifty/00) to be used on a minimum spend of €140 (one hundred and forty/00). You can obtain this discount coupon with 730 (seven hundred and thirty) "brugole".

For the spending conditions of the Furniture & Accessories Discount Coupon, please refer to section 4.a.

3.b. Food Coupon Discounts ("Brugole Coupon Discount Food")

• 3.b.i. "Brugole Coupon Discount Food "bar/restaurant IKEA" with a value of €4 (four/00) to be used on a minimum spend of €5 (five/00). With 65 (sixty-five) "brugole", IKEA Family members can obtain this Food Discount Coupon to be used at the Swedish Bar and Swedish Restaurant. In stores where the Swedish Bar or Swedish Restaurant are not present, this Food Discount Coupon can be used in other dining areas.
• 3.b.ii. "Brugole Coupon Discount Food "bar/restaurant IKEA" with a value of €15 (fifteen/00) to be used on a minimum spend of €18 (eighteen/00). With 245 (two hundred and forty-five) "brugole", IKEA Family members can obtain this Food Discount Coupon to be used at the Swedish Bar and Swedish Restaurant. In stores where the Swedish Bar or Swedish Restaurant are not present, this Food Discount Coupon can be used in other dining areas.
• 3.b.iii. "Brugole Coupon Discount Food "food products" with a value of €5 (five/00) to be used on a minimum spend of €15 (fifteen/00). With 85 (eighty-five) "brugole", IKEA Family members can obtain this Food Discount Coupon for the purchase of packaged food products.

For the spending conditions of the Food Discount Coupon, please refer to section 4.b.

3.c. Services Coupon Discounts ("Brugole Coupon Discount Services")

• 3.c.i. Value €3 (three/00) to be used on one of the services listed in Annex A. With 50 (fifty) "brugole", IKEA Family members can obtain this Services Discount Coupon.
• 3.c.ii. Value €15 (fifteen/00) to be used on one of the services listed in Annex B. With 220 (two hundred and twenty) "brugole", IKEA Family members can obtain this Services Discount Coupon.

For the spending conditions of the discount coupon, please refer to section 4.c.

4. Spending Conditions of the Brugole Coupon Discount

In case of:

• Theft, non-use within the terms, or return of products due to Change of Mind, the "Brugole Coupon Discount" cannot be replaced or refunded in any way, not even partially, nor will the "brugole" used for conversion be returned.
• Order cancellation for reasons not attributable to IKEA:
• After the expiry of the used "Brugole Coupon Discount", it cannot be replaced or refunded in any way, not even partially, nor will the "brugole" used for conversion be returned.
• If the used "Brugole Coupon Discount" has not yet expired, it will be replaced with another "Brugole Coupon Discount" of the same type, value, and expiry date as the original.
• Order cancellation for reasons attributable to IKEA:
• If the order is regenerated, it will have the amount already net of the discount from the originally applied "Brugole Coupon Discount".
• If the order is not regenerated, the "brugole" originally used will be returned.

Purchases made using the "Brugole Coupon Discounts" will in turn entitle you to accumulate further "brugole".

4.a. Furniture & Accessories Discount Coupon

It can be used for the purchase of IKEA products in IKEA stores in Italy, on the IKEA.it website, on the IKEA IT app, and via telephone/video consultation.

It cannot be spent on the purchase of IKEA Gift Cards, food products, nor at the Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Bar, Swedish Bistro, Swedish Flavors, Swedish Shop, and any other Refreshment Area.

4.a.i. Use at IKEA Store in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) and Plan and order point in Modena

The minimum spend required to use the Discount Coupon(s) will be calculated on the total receipt, regardless of the chosen purchase method (cash&carry, "iSOM" order, and/or "goods preparation deposit" order), and on the same purchase, multiple Furniture & Accessories Discount Coupons can be used simultaneously, provided they are of different values and that the overall minimum spend threshold for each Furniture & Accessories Discount Coupon is met.

Example: Total receipt of €280 composed of ready-to-collect products, a goods preparation deposit order, and a distribution order, you can use, simultaneously, 1 Furniture & Accessories Discount Coupon of €10 and 1 Furniture & Accessories Discount Coupon of €25 (having met the total threshold of €100, composed of the €30 threshold of the first Furniture & Accessories Discount Coupon and the €70 threshold of the second Furniture & Accessories Discount Coupon).

4.a.ii. Use in IKEA Stores in Italy (excluding the points of sale indicated in the previous paragraph 4.a.i)

• At the checkout, for every purchase of ready-to-collect products (so-called "Cash&Carry"), you can use 1 "Brugole Coupon Discount Furniture & Accessories" or multiple "Brugole Coupon Discount Furniture & Accessories" provided they are of different values and that the minimum cumulative spend for each "Brugole Coupon Discount Furniture & Accessories" is met.
• Example: On a spend of €100, you can simultaneously use 1 "Brugole Coupon Discount Furniture & Accessories" of €10 and 1 "Brugole Coupon Discount Furniture & Accessories" of €25 (having met the cumulative threshold of €100, composed of the €30 threshold of the first "Brugole Coupon Discount Furniture & Accessories" and the €70 threshold of the second "Brugole Coupon Discount Furniture & Accessories").
• In distribution orders (so-called "iSOM"), i.e., for the purchase of products with delivery after payment, you can use 1 "Brugole Coupon Discount Furniture & Accessories" regardless of the order amount.

If you purchase products simultaneously using different purchase methods (cash&carry, "iSOM" order, and/or "for sale" order), the minimum spend threshold for using the "Brugole Coupon Discount Furniture & Accessories" will be calculated separately for ready-to-collect products and for each order, even if they are contained within the same receipt/sales document.

Example: Total receipt of €280 composed of ready-to-collect products and 3 distribution orders

• Ready-to-collect for €35: you can use 1 "Brugole Coupon Discount Furniture & Accessories" of €10.
• 1st order of €75: you can use 1 "Brugole Coupon Discount Furniture & Accessories" of €25.
• 2nd order of €29: no "Brugole Coupon Discount Furniture & Accessories" can be used.
• 3rd order of €141: you can use 1 "Brugole Coupon Discount Furniture & Accessories" of €50.

4.a.iii. Use on IKEA.it website or IKEA IT app or for telephone and video consultation orders

You can use 1 "Brugole Coupon Discount Furniture & Accessories" per order, regardless of the order amount.

4.b. Food Discount Coupon

You can use 1 (one) Food Discount Coupon per purchase.

• 4.b.i. The "Brugole Coupon Discount Food "bar/restaurant IKEA" is usable in IKEA stores in Italy, except for any exceptions indicated in the previous paragraph 3.b, for purchases made at the Swedish Restaurant Area and the Swedish Bar, where present, and, in the absence of these areas, according to the indications in the previous paragraph 3.b (depending on the selected coupon).
• 4.b.ii. The "Brugole Coupon Discount Food "food products" is usable in IKEA stores in Italy, except for any exceptions indicated in the previous paragraph 3.b (depending on the selected coupon), for purchases of packaged food products.

4.c. Services Discount Coupon

The Services Discount Coupon is usable for the purchase of services listed in Annexes A and B.

For each purchase, you can use a maximum of 1 Services Discount Coupon, regardless of the purchase method chosen (in-store "iSOM" order, purchase on the IKEA.it website, or IKEA IT app).

The Services Discount Coupon is exclusively usable on purchases that also include IKEA assortment products.

5. How to Use Brugole Coupon Discounts

All "Brugole Coupon Discounts" must be used in compliance with the indications in section 4.

They are spendable in a single transaction for the full amount, do not entitle you to change, and cannot be used to discount a value lower than the coupon's value.

Specifically, to use the "Brugole Coupon Discounts", you will need to follow these instructions:

5.a. IKEA Store in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) and Plan and order point in Modena

Regardless of the purchase method (cash&carry, "iSOM" order, and/or "goods preparation deposit" order), scan the Discount Coupon code available in the member's personal area on IKEA.it and the IKEA IT app, and received with the related email within 24 hours of its activation, along with your IKEA Family card, whether it is the electronic or physical version.

5.b. IKEA Stores in Italy (excluding points of sale indicated in the previous paragraph 5.a.)

• 5.b.i. At the checkout, scan the Discount Coupon code available in the member's personal area on IKEA.it and the IKEA IT app, and received with the related email within 24 hours of its activation, along with your IKEA Family card, whether it is the electronic or physical version.
• 5.b.ii. For distribution orders ("iSOM"), communicate the unique alphanumeric code of the Discount Coupon available in the member's personal area on IKEA.it and the IKEA IT app, and received with the related email within 24 hours of its activation, to the IKEA operator/attendant.

5.c. IKEA.it website and IKEA IT app

Log in to the account linked to your IKEA Family card and, at the finalization stage of the purchase, enter the unique alphanumeric code of the Discount Coupon available in your personal area and received with the related email within 24 hours of its activation in the designated space, or select the previously activated coupon.

5.d. Telephone and Video Consultation Orders

Communicate the unique alphanumeric code of the Discount Coupon available in your personal area of your IKEA Family account and received with the related email within 24 hours of its activation to the IKEA operator/attendant.

6. Expiry of Brugole Coupon Discounts

Each "Brugole Coupon Discount" will be spendable within 30 (thirty) days from the date of "brugole" conversion.

After the 30 days, the "Brugole Coupon Discount" will no longer be spendable or convertible in any way, nor will the "brugole" used for conversion be returned.

You can check the expiry date of your "Brugole Coupon Discounts" at any time by accessing your personal area on IKEA.it or the IKEA IT app.

7. Miscellaneous

7.a. Program Modification

IKEA reserves the right to modify, suspend, block, or terminate the "Brugole" program in whole or in part at any time, as well as to temporarily suspend the accumulation of "Brugole" with appropriate communication. Any modifications will be communicated on the IKEA website in the section dedicated to IKEA Family Members on IKEA.it/Family with at least 15 (fifteen) days' notice. "Brugole Coupon Discounts" already requested and/or credited before the modification, suspension, blocking, or termination of the program and not yet expired are saved. In case of a mere temporary suspension of the program, the validity of the "brugole" already accumulated by customers on the date of suspension will be extended for a corresponding period.

7.b. Cards Without an Active Account

Before participating in the program and starting to accumulate "brugole", you must verify that your IKEA Family card is linked to an active and accessible account through the personal area on the IKEA.it website. If the IKEA Family card (physical or digital) is not linked to an active account, it will not be possible to accumulate "brugole". To verify if an IKEA Family card is correctly active, you can visit the IKEA.it/Family website and log in to your personal area where the number of accumulated "brugole" will be displayed. In case of an inactive account, the IKEA Family member will not have access to any personal area and must therefore proceed with a new registration and the issuance of a new IKEA Family card.

7.c. Non-Transferable Brugole

"Brugole" accumulated on an IKEA Family card cannot be transferred or assigned to another IKEA Family card under any circumstances.

7.d. Validity of Brugole

"Brugole" will remain valid and spendable for a maximum of 12 (twelve) months from their effective credit, regardless of whether other "brugole" were earned in the period following the credit.

For example, if you accumulated 12 "brugole" on November 3, 2022, these "brugole" can be used by November 2, 2023, at the latest, regardless of whether you have accumulated other "brugole" with subsequent purchases.

7.e. Other Promotional Initiatives

IKEA reserves the right to organize, even during the same period as this promotional activity, other promotional initiatives (prize events and/or promotions and/or offers) that may not be cumulative with the present IKEA Family "Brugole" program.

7.f. Fraudulent Behavior

IKEA, following the ascertainment of fraudulent behavior with the clear intent of improperly accumulating "brugole", reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

• Not assign "brugole".
• Proceed with the cancellation of the Family account as indicated in Article 6 of the Conditions and terms of use of the IKEA Family card available on the ikea.it/regolamenti website and accepted by the IKEA Family member at the time of registration, with the consequent loss of all accumulated "brugole" and related information.

7.g. Program Expiry

Upon expiry of this program, according to the terms above, accumulated and unused "brugole" can no longer be spent or converted in any way.
