IKEA Loyalty Member Offer – Rhodes (in-store only) - 15% off all items in the 'As is' market

Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion: During the Promotional Period, IKEA Loyalty Members will receive an additional 15% off the marked price of all ‘As-is' products within the IKEA Rhodes store.

2. Promoter: The Promoter is IKEA Pty Limited (ABN 84 006 270 757) of 630 Princes Highway, Tempe NSW 2044.

3. IKEA Rhodes in-store only: This Promotion is only available in person at IKEA Rhodes located at: 1 Oulton Avenue, Rhodes NSW 2138.

4. IKEA Loyalty Members only: This Promotion is only available to IKEA Family Members and IKEA Business Network customers (who present or verify their IKEA Loyalty membership before finalising their transaction).

5. Promotion Period: The Promotion Period starts at 10:00am (Sydney time) on Tuesday, 8 July 2025 and ends on Friday, 1 August 2025 (after close of trade).

6. IKEA 'As-is' Market products only: Only the following products form part of the Promotion:

   • Located in-store at IKEA Rhodes within the 'As is' market (IKEA's second hand and returned products); and
   • Have a corresponding label indicating that the product is part of our 'As-is' market range.

7. In-store promotion only: For in-store redemption at any IKEA Australia stores, IKEA Loyalty Members must scan their IKEA Loyalty card (physical or digital) or enter their verified mobile number at the point of checkout before completing their purchases. The 15% discount off will automatically appear off the marked 'As -is' full price (if an IKEA Loyalty membership is scanned).

8. Availability and stock limit: The Promotion is valid while stocks last (no rain checks). Please note availability of items varies daily at the IKEA Rhodes store and IKEA cannot hold items and/or confirm availability of items. Customers must attend the 'As-is' market section of the IKEA Rhodes store in person and cannot pre-purchase any items online.

9. Promotion may be combined: The Promotion is available in conjunction with any other special, discount, promotional offer and/or IKEA Family and/or IKEA Business Network member offers.

10. Returns: All return of product(s) from the ‘As is' market is subject to the IKEA Returns and Exchanges policy and the Australian Consumer Law. The maximum refund for each product is the amount of the returned product less the discount received.

11. No transfer or cash redemption: The discount is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

12. Validation and Verification: Eligibility of product(s) to the Promotion will be subject to the Promoter's validation and verification checks. Promoter's decision is final.

13. Right to withdraw: The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotion Period. Withdrawal will be communicated on the IKEA website. No withdrawal notification will be individually communicated to the Customer.

14. Right to change: The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services, including (but not limited to) eligibility and the Promotional Period. Customers are expected to have reviewed these Terms and Conditions for any applicable updates before commencing their transaction. No changes will be individually communicated to the Customer.

15. Right to correct and adjust: While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy of all prices and descriptions, the Promoter reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices and charges, including (but not limited to): GST, customs duty or other statutory charges. No corrections or adjustments will be individually communicated to the Customer.

16. Limitation of Liability: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained because of any participation in the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

17. Governing Law: The conduct of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
