IKEA Bratislava Special Offer: PAX/KOMPLEMENT Wardrobes
This document outlines the General Terms and Conditions for IKEA Bratislava's special offer on PAX/KOMPLEMENT wardrobes. IKEA Bratislava, s.r.o., a member of the INGKA Group, offers furniture and home accessories. These terms are valid from June 11, 2025, to August 31, 2025.
Introductory Provisions
IKEA Bratislava, s.r.o. is part of the INGKA Group and offers furniture and a wide range of home accessories. The company is registered at Ivanská cesta 18, 821 04 Bratislava, with registration number 35 849 436. These General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) apply to the "Special Offer on PAX/KOMPLEMENT Wardrobes" activity.
The GTCs are governed by Act No. 40/1964, the Civil Code. By making a purchase, the customer confirms they have been informed of and accept these GTCs without reservation.
Activity Conditions
Extension of Purchase Period
The purchase period for wardrobes is extended until August 3, 2025. Wardrobes purchased after July 20, 2025, will not be eligible for the activity.
Receiving a Discount Coupon
To be eligible for a discount coupon, customers must be members of IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network with an active account created in Slovakia. Purchases must be made between June 11, 2025, and July 20, 2025, for a single receipt, within specified value ranges. The discount coupon is for a subsequent purchase and is valid from June 11, 2025, to August 31, 2025. Customers are advised to download the coupon the day after purchase.
To receive the coupon, the IKEA Family/IKEA Business Network card must be scanned at the checkout in-store or entered during online purchases. The coupon can be downloaded from https://www.ikea.sk/kupon by entering the receipt number and IKEA Family/IKEA Business Network card number. The coupon can only be downloaded once.
Redeeming the Discount Coupon
The discount coupon can be redeemed in-store or online by presenting the coupon. It must be used for a purchase of at least 1 cent more than the coupon's value. The coupon cannot be used for services or exchanged for cash or other equivalents. The coupon expires after August 31, 2025.
Products Covered by the Activity
The activity covers PAX wardrobe frames, sliding and hinged doors for the PAX system, KOMPLEMENT interior organizers (shelves, drawers, baskets, hinges, clothes rails, hangers, dividers, drawer inserts), all PAX system handles, and selected interior lighting products from series like ÖVERSIDAN, SKYDRAG, KOLVATTEN, YTBERG, DIRIGERA, RODRET, and STYBAR. These products will be marked with "PAX offer". Selected boxes for PAX wardrobes are also included.
Products purchased from the discounted goods department are also eligible, but not products from the "Second Life of Furniture" range.
Reservation of Goods
The activity applies only to goods in stock at the time of purchase and paid for within the specified period. Reservations do not count towards the purchase value for coupon eligibility.
Returning Goods
If a customer returns goods purchased with a discount coupon, IKEA will refund only the amount paid. If the refund is processed via an IKEA refund card, the discount coupon's value will also be refunded. If the order is canceled online via www.IKEA.sk, only the amount actually paid will be refunded.
Personal Data Protection
IKEA will process customer personal data to verify eligibility for discount coupons and for customer satisfaction surveys. Customers have rights regarding their personal data, including access, rectification, erasure, and portability. Complaints can be lodged with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
