By subscribing, members receive a digital IKEA Family Card, granting access to various loyalty advantages. Acceptance of these terms constitutes a contract between IKEA and the member.

The IKEA Family Account offers members a range of benefits, including:
- Specific offers on IKEA products and services in-store and at IKEA Restaurants.
- Extended return periods (365 days) without a receipt.
- Invitations to exclusive workshops, events, and previews.
- Complimentary hot drinks at IKEA Restaurants.
- Discounts on buy-back services and birthday treats.
- Access to the IKEA Family Mastercard for potential rewards.
Members can join via www.ikea.com/be or the IKEA app. The digital card can be presented on a smartphone or printed for use at checkout.
Account Management and Policies
The IKEA Family Account is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Accounts may be automatically deleted after a period of inactivity (36 months), with a notification period provided to members.
Members can manage their personal data and communication preferences through their online account. The terms also cover copyright, trademarks, indemnity, limitation of liability, and applicable law (Belgian law).
