Activity Terms - Get a 500 CZK Discount Coupon for Your Next Purchase

Conditions for Obtaining a 500 CZK Discount Coupon:

• A 500 CZK discount coupon can be obtained for purchases made between August 1, 2025, and August 31, 2025. The total purchase value must be over 2,500 CZK including VAT.
• This campaign applies to active IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members registered in the Czech Republic. Active membership can be verified by successfully logging into your IKEA Family / IKEA Business Network profile, or via chat on www.IKEA.cz.
• To receive the coupon, you must present your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card during payment at IKEA stores in the Czech Republic, at IKEA planning studios (České Budějovice, Hradec Králové, Olomouc, and Praha Chodov), or during an online purchase.
• The purchase value is calculated from the final amount payable after deducting all other applied coupons or discounts (e.g., coupons from other activities) that were used before the final payment.
• Individual receipts cannot be combined.
• IKEA considers the final amount payable – based on this, the Customer receives the discount coupon.
• The amount for purchased services is not included in the total purchase value.
• Only one discount coupon can be obtained during the activity.
• Customers can download their discount coupon from the website www.IKEA.cz/kupon between September 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025, by entering the receipt number and the IKEA Family / IKEA Business Network card number (the same card used for payment and listed on the receipt).
• The coupon can only be downloaded once.
• No replacement will be issued for a lost or damaged coupon.

Conditions for Redeeming the 500 CZK Discount Coupon:

• The coupon (in paper or electronic form) can be redeemed once at the store checkout, planning studios, or online at www.IKEA.cz using the same IKEA Family/IKEA Business Network card to which the coupon was issued.
• Customers must redeem the discount coupon for their next purchase between September 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025.
• The coupon can only be redeemed in its entirety at once, for a purchase whose value exceeds the coupon's value by at least 1 CZK.
• Only one coupon can be applied per purchase.
• The coupon cannot be used for the purchase of services.
• After this period, the coupon's value expires, and the customer is not entitled to another coupon.
• The discount coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent, including IKEA cards.
• The rules for returning goods paid for with a discount coupon are governed by the Company's Complaint Regulations.
