IKEA Family "Brugole" Program

2.a. Purchases of IKEA Products and Services

You will be awarded a variable number of brugole based on the amount spent in-store, on IKEA.it, the IKEA app, or via phone/video consultation. This applies to the entire IKEA range of furniture, home accessories (excluding IKEA Gift Cards), food products, and services, including IKEA Restaurants/Bars/Bistros and other dining areas. You earn 1 brugola for every €4 spent (or multiples thereof). For example, a spend of €22 earns 5 brugole (5 brugole x €4 = €20; the remaining €2 does not earn brugole).

Note: The amount considered is net of any discounts and vouchers applied at the time of payment, including VAT.

In-store, brugole calculation is done separately for each purchase type, even if paid on a single receipt. For example, a €100 receipt might include:

• €16 in-stock products ("Cash&Carry")
• €65 for an order placed and paid in-store ("iSOM")
• €19 for an order placed and paid in-store ("retail")

The calculation would be: €16 = 4 brugole, €65 = 16 brugole, €19 = 4 brugole, totaling 24 brugole. The total receipt value of €100 is not used for the calculation.

Always identify yourself as an IKEA Family member before payment or placing an order.

Purchase documents (receipts, orders, invoices) cannot be combined to reach the minimum threshold of €4 or its multiples.

2.b. Creating an IKEA Family Account

You will receive 5 brugole upon creating a new IKEA Family account and linking it to your IKEA Family card (subject to Terms and Conditions available at IKEA.it). This is a one-time award and cannot be transferred or combined with other accounts.

If you convert a 'Regular' IKEA.it account to an IKEA Family account, you might experience issues crediting the 5 brugole. Contact privacy.it@ikea.com for assistance.

2.c. Logging into IKEA.it or the IKEA App

You will receive 1 brugola for each login to IKEA.it or access to the IKEA app. This is awarded a maximum of once per week (Monday to Sunday).

2.d. Creating and Saving a Wishlist on IKEA.it or the IKEA App

You will receive 2 brugole for creating and saving each wishlist. This is awarded a maximum of once per week (Monday to Sunday).

2.e. Participating in an In-Store Event

You will receive 20 brugole for attending an IKEA Family event, provided you register on IKEA.it and your attendance is confirmed by IKEA staff.

2.f. Design and Furniture Consultation Service

You will receive 30 brugole after your consultation appointment is confirmed by IKEA staff. Book appointments via your IKEA Family account on IKEA.it under "Design and Furniture Consultation Service."

3.a. Furniture & Accessories Discount Coupons ("Buono Sconto Mobili&Accessori")

• €10 Coupon: Requires a minimum spend of €30. Costs 155 brugole.
• €25 Coupon: Requires a minimum spend of €70. Costs 365 brugole.
• €50 Coupon: Requires a minimum spend of €140. Costs 730 brugole.

Spendability conditions for these coupons are detailed in section 4.a.

3.b. Food Discount Coupons ("Buono Sconto Food")

• €4 Food Coupon (Bar/Restaurant): For use at IKEA Bars/Restaurants (or other dining areas if these are unavailable). Requires a minimum spend of €5. Costs 65 brugole.
• €15 Food Coupon (Bar/Restaurant): For use at IKEA Bars/Restaurants. Requires a minimum spend of €18. Costs 245 brugole.
• €5 Food Coupon (Packaged Food): For packaged food items. Requires a minimum spend of €15. Costs 85 brugole.

Spendability conditions for these coupons are detailed in section 4.b.

3.c. Services Discount Coupons ("Buono Sconto Servizi")

• €3 Service Coupon: For use on services listed in Appendix A. Costs 50 brugole.
• €15 Service Coupon: For use on services listed in Appendix B. Costs 220 brugole.

Spendability conditions for these coupons are detailed in section 4.c.

4.a. Furniture & Accessories Discount Coupons

These coupons are usable for IKEA product purchases in Italian IKEA stores, on IKEA.it, the IKEA app, and via phone/video consultation.

Exclusions: Not valid for IKEA Gift Cards, food products, Restaurant, Bar, Bistrot, Swedish Food Market, or any other dining areas.

4.b. Food Discount Coupons

One Food discount coupon can be used per purchase.

• Bar/Restaurant Coupons: Usable in IKEA stores in Italy at the Restaurant and Bar areas (or other dining areas).
• Packaged Food Coupons: Usable in IKEA stores in Italy for packaged food items.

4.c. Services Discount Coupons

One Service discount coupon can be used per service from the lists in Appendix A and B.

For delivery orders (in-store "iSOM", IKEA.it, or IKEA app), a maximum of one Service coupon can be used per order.

5.a. IKEA Stores in Italy

• At Checkout: Scan the coupon code from your personal area (IKEA.it/app) along with your IKEA Family card.
• For Delivery Orders ("iSOM"): Provide the unique alphanumeric coupon code to the IKEA staff.

5.b. IKEA.it Website and IKEA App

Log in to your IKEA Family account. During checkout, enter the unique alphanumeric coupon code from your personal area or select an activated coupon.

5.c. Phone and Video Consultations

Provide the unique alphanumeric coupon code to the IKEA operator.

7.a. Program Modifications

IKEA reserves the right to modify, suspend, block, or terminate the "Brugole" program at any time. Any changes will be communicated on IKEA.it/Family at least 15 days in advance. Coupons already requested or credited before modifications remain valid. Temporary suspensions may extend the validity of accumulated brugole.

7.b. Cards Without an Active Account

Ensure your IKEA Family card is linked to an active account on IKEA.it to earn brugole. If not linked, you cannot accumulate points. Check your card's active status via your personal area on IKEA.it/Family. If your account is inactive, you will need to create a new one.

7.c. Non-Transferable Brugole

Brugole accumulated on one IKEA Family card cannot be transferred to another.

7.d. Brugole Validity

Brugole are valid for a maximum of 12 months from their credit date, regardless of subsequent accruals. For example, brugole credited on November 3, 2022, are valid until November 2, 2023.

7.e. Other Promotional Initiatives

IKEA may run other promotions that may not be cumulative with the "Brugole" program.

7.f. Fraudulent Behavior

IKEA may, at its discretion, refuse to award brugole or cancel accounts for fraudulent activity, leading to the loss of all accumulated brugole and related information, as per the IKEA Family card terms and conditions.

7.g. Program Expiry

Upon program expiry, unused brugole cannot be spent or converted.
