IKEA Bratislava Special Offer: PAX/KOMPLEMENT Wardrobes

Introductory Provisions

IKEA Bratislava, s. r. o., a member of the INGKA Group, offers furniture and a wide range of home accessories and services. The company is registered at Ivanská cesta 18, 821 04 Bratislava, with registration number 35 849 436.

These General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) are governed by Act No. 40/1964, the Civil Code. By placing an order, the customer confirms they have been informed of and accept these GTCs without reservation.

Activity Conditions

To be eligible for a discount coupon, customers who are members of IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network with an active account in Slovakia must purchase defined PAX/KOMPLEMENT wardrobes for a single receipt within the value ranges specified in the table during the activity period of June 11, 2025 – July 20, 2025. The discount coupon is valid for subsequent purchases from June 11, 2025, to August 31, 2025.

Customers must present or enter their IKEA Family card number at the time of purchase. The discount coupon can be generated on the website https://www.ikea.sk/kupon by entering the receipt number and IKEA Family / IKEA Business Network card number. The coupon can be downloaded the day after purchase and only once.

The discount coupon is applied after presenting it in-store or online for a subsequent purchase of at least 1 cent more than the coupon's value. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or other equivalents.

The offer applies to goods in stock at the time of purchase and paid for within the specified period. Reservations are not included in the purchase value for coupon calculation.

If a customer returns goods purchased with a discount coupon, IKEA may refund only the payment made in cash. IKEA reserves the right not to issue a new discount coupon in such cases. For online refunds, only the amount actually paid will be returned.

Discount Coupon Structure

The value of the discount coupon is based on the total purchase price of the PAX/KOMPLEMENT wardrobe set, including selected interior organizers and lighting:

• Purchases from €300 to €399: €20 discount coupon
• Purchases from €400 to €499: €40 discount coupon
• Purchases from €500 to €599: €60 discount coupon
• Purchases from €600 to €699: €80 discount coupon
• Purchases from €700 to €799: €100 discount coupon
• Purchases of €800 and above: €120 discount coupon (maximum)

Products Covered by the Activity

• PAX wardrobe frames, sliding and hinged doors for the PAX system.
• Interior equipment of the KOMPLEMENT series: shelves, drawers, baskets, hinges, clothes rails, hangers, dividers, and drawer inserts.
• All handles belonging to the PAX system.
• Selected interior lighting products for the PAX system, marked with a “PAX offer” label (e.g., ÖVERSIDAN, SKYDRAG, KOLVATTEN, YTBERG, DIRIGERA, RODRET, STYBAR).
• Selected boxes for PAX wardrobes (e.g., BAXNA, KOMPLEMENT, SKUBB, STUK, BLÄDDRARE, FULLSMOCKAD, GÖRSNYGG, HEMMAFIXARE, MURVEL, PÄRKLA, PURRPINGLA, RAGGISAR, RENSHACKA, SÄCKKÄRRA, SKOSTALL, SKUFFEN, SPANTAD, TOLKNING, BUMERANG, GÅRDSMÄSTARE, HÖSVANS, SITTPINNE, SPRUTTIG, STAJLIG, TRYSSE, OMTRENT, DIMPA).

Products purchased in the discounted goods department are included, except for those from the “Second Life of Furniture” range.

Personal Data Protection

The supervisory body is the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority (www.soi.sk). Consumer disputes can be settled out of court or via the online platform at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.
