1. Catalog

This document serves as a catalog and user manual for the Mcombo Wooden Dog House.

2. Product Precautions

• Read and follow all information in the user's manual.
• Keep children away from small components to ensure safety.
• Ensure adequate ventilation before use.
• Note that the wood material is not chew-proof.
• Clean up water stains and pet excrement promptly.
• Do not place overweight items on or in the dog house.
• Handle wood and other accessories with care.

3. Disclaimer

Please read this manual completely before assembling and operating your new item. Mcombo is not responsible for any damage or injury incurred due to improper or unsafe use of the item. Mcombo specifically disclaims responsibility for any bodily injury or property damage that may occur during any use that does not comply with applicable federal, state, or local laws or ordinances. Keep this manual for future reference.

4. Installation Preparation

1. Prepare a carpet or mat to protect your floor and spread out all accessories.
2. Wear a pair of gloves to avoid scratches from sharp wooden saw-dust during installation.
3. Open all boxes to check that accessories are complete and in good condition (refer to Accessories List on page 4).
4. Keep small components away from children for safety.
5. If using power tools, set them to a low speed in advance to avoid damaging the wood.
6. Align all holes before tightening screws; do not tighten all screws first to prevent installation difficulties.

Please open all boxes to check the quantity and condition of accessories. When installing, align all holes and do not tighten all screws first.

6. Installation Instruction

Step 1

Attach the side panels (1) to the base using hinges (B) and screws (A).

Step 2

Attach the back panel to the side panels using screws (A).

Step 3

Attach the roof supports (C) and connecting pieces (D) to the top of the dog house using screws (A).

Step 4

Insert the tray (2) into the bottom of the dog house. [downward arrow]

ATTENTION: The tray can be put inside the cage or under the cage. You can choose to do step 4 or step 5.

Step 5

Insert the tray (2) into the bottom of the dog house. [downward arrow]

Step 6

Attach the latch (E) to the door using screws (A).

7. Warranty

Limitations Applicable to All Warranties

All warranties begin on the date of delivery. All warranties are to the original purchaser from MCOMBO /EXACME ONLY.

8. Warranty Detail Explanation

Mcombo will replace defective parts or send a replacement item provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper service by the consumer, for example, damaged part arising in.

Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:

• Contamination
• Abuse, misuse, accident or negligence
• Commercial use, or use other than normal
• Improper operation maintenance, or storage

Mcombo will pay standard shipping rates on all warranted parts for the first year. Mcombo can also sell you the replacement part for a discount price when your item is out of warranty policy.

9. Return/Replacement Policy

MCOMBO: All items come with a 30-day return/replace policy. During this time, Mcombo will cover the shipping cost of return and replacement for a defective and damaged item, and provide pre-paid return labels or pick-up service.

Note: Please disassemble the item before you return it, otherwise there will be a huge cost as oversized and it could even exceed your order amount.

Note: Please do not purchase return labels for a damaged defective item by yourself.

If you have any problem to return the item, please contact us immediately. Mcombo will do its best to help you.

Mcombo is not responsible for returns due to customer mistake or change of mind and other non-quality issues. However, Mcombo can help customers return the items.

Note: The customer is responsible for freight costs unless the item is defective and returned due to being refused delivery by the customer or deemed undeliverable by freight carrier, which are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
