Important Safety Information
WARNING: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BEGINNING ASSEMBLY!
- Always use proper tools.
- Follow the assembly steps in order. Do not skip any steps.
- Check all packing materials for small parts that may have come loose. Contact the retailer for missing parts. DO NOT USE SUBSTITUTE PARTS.
- Periodically check that all connectors (bolts, screws, etc.) are tight.
- Keep instructions for future reference.
- Handle glass or mirrors with extreme care to avoid severe injury if they break. Never handle large pieces of glass or mirrors alone.
- When assembling products with electric cords, ensure the cord is unplugged before assembly and avoid twisting the cord.
- Use a step ladder when assembling shelves or entertainment centers; do not stand on lower shelves.
- Do not stand on tables, as they are not designed to support a person's weight.
- Assembly requiring two or more people should not be attempted alone due to risk of injury.

Assembly Note: Unit should be assembled by two or more people. Do not tighten any bolts until all bolts have been started.
Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach legs (B, C, D) to the underside of the table top (A). Use four (4) bolts (J) and washers for each leg connection. Ensure the legs are oriented correctly as shown in the diagram. Do not fully tighten yet.

Step 2
Attach side panels (F) to the assembled base. Use six (6) bolts (K) to secure the panels. Ensure the panels are aligned correctly. Do not fully tighten yet.

Step 3
Attach support panels (G and H) to the frame. Use one (1) bolt (L) and a washer to secure panel (H) to the side panel (F). Panel (G) is also shown being positioned. Do not fully tighten yet.

Step 4
Attach the T-bracket (M) to the underside of the table top (A) using two (2) screws (N). Attach the bracket (M) to the support structure using three (3) screws (P). Ensure the bracket is oriented as shown. Tighten all previously started bolts and screws securely.

Step 5
Flip the table upright. Adjust the feet (if applicable) to ensure the table is stable and level. The assembly is now complete.
