Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the Campaign.

Organizer

1. The organizer of the Campaign is Samsung Electronics Baltics SIA, registration number 40003963909, located at Duntes Street 6, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer").

Campaign Period and Country

2. The Campaign is valid from July 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Campaign Period").

3. The Campaign is valid in the Republic of Estonia.

4. The Campaign is valid in the Organizer's online store: https://www.samsung.com/ee/ (hereinafter referred to as "Store").

Participants

5. The Campaign is intended for individuals only.

6. Individuals under 18 years of age may participate in this Campaign only with the consent of their parents or legal representative.

General Campaign Terms

7. The Campaign Products are Samsung monitor models listed in Annex No. 1 to these Terms, which can be purchased from the Store (hereinafter referred to as "Campaign Products").

8. The Campaign is valid only for Campaign Products distributed by the Organizer and sold in the Store. The Campaign does not apply to Samsung products sold by third parties. The buyer must ensure that the selected goods are available in the Store at the time of purchase and comply with the Campaign Terms.

9. To participate in the Campaign, the buyer (hereinafter referred to as "Participant") must return their old monitor and provide the monitor's serial and model number by registering to participate in the Campaign at https://www.samsung.com/ee/ce-trade-up/#monitorid.

10. Within the scope of this Campaign, the Participant may return an LCD, OLED, QLED, or equivalent monitor, regardless of its year of manufacture, brand, condition, or other similar factors. CRT monitors are not eligible for return within the Campaign.

11. By registering to participate in the Campaign and agreeing to hand over their old monitor for recycling in accordance with these Terms, the Participant is entitled to receive a discount coupon of up to 100 euros (one hundred euros) for the purchase of a Campaign Product (hereinafter referred to as "Discount").

12. The Discount can only be used for the purchase of Campaign Products in the Store.

13. The amount of the Discount will be determined based on the selected Campaign Product, as specified in Annex No. 1 to these Terms.

14. The discount code will be sent to the Participant via the website's chat or to the email address provided during registration, as mentioned in point 9 of these Terms. The Discount is valid only during the Campaign Period and expires after the end of the Campaign. The Participant will no longer be able to use the Discount after the end of the Campaign.

15. The Discount is non-transferable to third parties and is intended for the personal use of the registered Participant only. It cannot be transferred, sold, or used by a third party.

Returned Monitor and Transport Regulations

16. The Participant is responsible for securely packaging their old monitor so that its parts or components do not detach during transport or cause damage to the property of third parties. The Participant must ensure adequate protection/packaging of the monitor to reduce risks that may arise during transport.

17. The transport of the Participant's old monitor and the delivery of the Campaign Product will be carried out by SIA “DPD Latvija", registration number 40003393255, located at Uriekstes 8a, Riga, LV-1005, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as "Partner").

18. The Partner will handle the transport of the old monitor and the delivery of the Campaign Product either simultaneously or separately.

19. At the Partner's request, the Participant must assist the Partner's courier in safely loading the securely packaged old monitor into the delivery vehicle. The Participant must cooperate with the Partner's courier to ensure a smooth loading process.

20. The Organizer will cover the costs of transporting the old monitor and delivering the Campaign Product.

Other Terms

21. Discounts provided within this Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other Organizer campaigns, unless explicitly stated in the applicable terms.

22. This Campaign is not considered a trade-in offered by the Organizer. The value of the old monitor is not assessed individually, and Participants will only receive the Discount specified in Annex No. 1 to these Terms.

23. The Campaign is intended for Participants in online sales only and is not related to products purchased for resale.

24. The general terms of sale of the Store apply to the purchase of Campaign Products, unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms.

25. If the Participant decides to return the Campaign Product to the Store and withdraw from the purchase agreement in accordance with applicable laws, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that they are not entitled to get their old monitor back, as it has already been recycled in accordance with these Terms. If the Participant exercises their right of withdrawal, the Organizer will refund only the actual purchase price of the Campaign Product, excluding the amount of the Discount.

26. Participants are not entitled to benefit from the Campaign if it is determined that the Participant has violated the Terms or has acted unfairly or abusively in this or any other Campaign organized by the Organizer.

27. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Terms or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, if the changes are justified and in accordance with applicable laws.

28. The Organizer is not responsible for the suspension of the Campaign due to force majeure, international or national sanctions, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.

29. The Participant agrees that the Organizer is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred in connection with the Campaign, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.

30. The conduct of the Campaign is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. All disputes related to the Campaign shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

31. The choice of applicable law and jurisdiction does not deprive the Participant of the protection provided by laws that cannot be deviated from by agreement, in accordance with Regulation 593/2008 and Regulation 1215/2012.
