Samsung Trade-In Campaign: Get a Discount on a New TV or Audio System

Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to the Campaign.

Organizer

1. The organizer of the Campaign is Samsung Electronics Baltics SIA, registration code 40003963909, located at Duntes Street 6, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

Campaign Period and Country

1. The Campaign is valid from July 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign Period").
2. The Campaign is valid in the Republic of Estonia.
3. The Campaign is valid in the Organizer's online store: www.samsung.com/ee/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").

Participants

1. The Campaign is intended only for natural persons.
2. Individuals under 18 years of age may participate in this Campaign only with the consent of their parents or legal representative.

General Campaign Terms

1. The Campaign Products are Samsung television and audio equipment models listed in Annex No. 1 to these Terms, which can be purchased from the Store (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign Products").
2. The Campaign is valid only for Campaign Products distributed by the Organizer and sold in the Store. The Campaign does not apply to Samsung products sold by third parties. The buyer must ensure that the goods they choose are available in the Store at the time of purchase and comply with the Campaign Terms.
3. To participate in the Campaign, the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") must trade in their old television or audio equipment and provide the serial and model number, by registering at https://www.samsung.com/ee/ce-trade-up/.
4. As part of this Campaign, the Participant may trade in a plasma, LCD, OLED, QLED, or equivalent television, as well as home audio devices, soundbars, home cinemas, and acoustic audio systems, regardless of their year of manufacture, brand, condition, or other similar factors. CRT televisions and DLP devices, such as projectors, are not accepted for trade-in under this Campaign.
5. By registering to participate in the Campaign and agreeing to hand over their old television or audio equipment for recycling in accordance with these Terms, the Participant is entitled to receive a discount coupon of up to 500 Euros (five hundred Euros) for the purchase of a Campaign Product (hereinafter referred to as the "Discount").
6. The Discount can only be used for the purchase of Campaign Products at the Store.
7. The amount of the Discount is determined based on the selected Campaign Product, as specified in Annex No. 1 to these Terms.
8. The Discount code will be sent to the Participant via the website chat on the website mentioned in point 9 of these Terms or to the e-mail address provided during registration. The Discount is valid only during the Campaign Period and expires after the end of the Campaign. The Participant will no longer be entitled to use the Discount after the Campaign ends.
9. The Discount is non-transferable to third parties and is intended for the registered Participant's personal use only. It cannot be transferred, sold, or used by a third party.

Trade-in Product and Good Transport Regulations

1. The Participant is responsible for securely packaging their old television or audio equipment to prevent its parts or components from separating during transport or causing damage to the property of third parties. The Participant must ensure adequate protection/packaging of the old equipment to mitigate risks that may arise during transport.
2. The transport of the Participant's old television and the delivery of the Campaign Product will be carried out by DPD Latvija SIA, registration code 40003393255, located at Uriekstes 8a, Riga, LV-1005, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the "Partner").
3. The Partner will handle the transport of the old television and the delivery of the Campaign Product either simultaneously or separately.
4. At the Partner's request, the Participant must assist the Partner's courier in safely loading the securely packaged old television or audio equipment onto the delivery vehicle. The Participant must cooperate with the Partner's courier to ensure a smooth loading process.
5. The Organizer will cover the costs of transporting the old television and delivering the Campaign Product.

Other Terms

1. The discounts granted within this Campaign cannot be combined with other Organizer campaigns, unless explicitly stated in the applicable terms and conditions.
2. This Campaign is not considered a trade-in offer provided by the Organizer. The value of the old television is not assessed individually, and Participants will only receive the Discount specified in Annex No. 1 to these Terms.
3. The Campaign is intended for Participants purchasing through online sales only and is not related to products purchased for resale.
4. The general terms and conditions of sale of the Store apply to the purchase of Campaign Products, unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms.
5. If the Participant decides to return the Campaign Product to the Store and withdraw from the purchase agreement in accordance with the applicable laws, the Participant acknowledges and agrees that they are not entitled to get their old television back, as it has already been recycled in accordance with these Terms. If the Participant exercises their right of withdrawal, the Organizer will refund only the actual purchase price of the Campaign Product, excluding the amount of the Discount.
6. Participants are not entitled to benefit from the Campaign if it is determined that the Participant has violated the Terms or has acted dishonestly or abusively in this or any other Campaign organized by the Organizer.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, if the changes are justified and in accordance with applicable laws.
8. The Organizer is not liable for the suspension of the Campaign due to force majeure, international or national sanctions, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.
9. The Participant agrees that the Organizer is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred in connection with the Campaign, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
10. The conduct of the Campaign is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. All disputes related to the Campaign shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
11. The choice of applicable law and jurisdiction does not deprive the Participant of the protection provided by the provisions of law from which, according to Regulation 593/2008 and Regulation 1215/2012, there can be no derogation by agreement.
