Samsung Electronics Baltics Campaign

Organizer

1. The campaign is organized by SIA Samsung Electronics Baltics, registration code 40003963909, address Duntes 6, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia (hereinafter the organizer).

Location and Duration

1. The campaign period lasts from July 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025 (hereinafter the campaign period).
2. The campaign is valid in Estonia.
3. The campaign is valid in the organizer's online store at: https://www.samsung.com/ee/ in Estonia (hereinafter the store).

Participants

1. Individuals (hereinafter participants) can participate in the campaign.
2. Those under 18 years of age can participate in the campaign and receive prizes only with the consent of a parent or legal representative.

General Campaign Terms

1. The campaign products are Samsung home appliances according to Annex 1 of the terms, which can be purchased in the online store (hereinafter the campaign product).
2. The special offer is valid only for campaign products offered by the organizer and sold in the store. The campaign does not apply to Samsung products sold by third parties. The buyer must ensure before making a purchase that the desired products are available and part of the campaign.
3. To participate in the campaign, the buyer (hereinafter participant) must return their old home appliance and submit the serial and model number on the website https://www.samsung.com/ee/tv-trade-in/ according to point 4 of the terms during the campaign period.
4. During the campaign, participants can return vacuum cleaners, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, and microwave ovens.
5. Upon participation in the campaign and return of the old appliance in accordance with the terms, the participant is entitled to receive a discount code of 20-200 euros (hereinafter the discount).
6. The discount can only be used for the purchase of a campaign product of the organizer. It cannot be used for the purchase of any other device than a home appliance.
7. The discount code will be sent to the participant via chat or email address provided by the participant during registration for the campaign. After the campaign ends, the discount code will expire, and the participant will no longer be able to use it.
8. The discount code cannot be transferred; it can only be used by the participant who registers for the campaign. It cannot be transferred, sold, or used through third parties.

Terms for Transporting Old Home Appliances and Campaign Products

1. The participant is obliged to pack the home appliance securely to prevent parts from falling off or breaking during transport. The participant is responsible for ensuring that the home appliance is packed appropriately to reduce transport risks.
2. The participant's old home appliance and the campaign product will be transported by the organizer's partner according to Annex 2 (hereinafter the partner).
3. The transport of the campaign product and the old home appliance may occur simultaneously or separately, but the same partner is responsible for both.
4. Upon the partner's request, the participant is obliged to assist the partner's courier in loading the old home appliance onto the transport vehicle. The participant must cooperate according to the partner courier's instructions to facilitate loading.
5. The costs of transporting the old home appliance and the campaign product are covered by Samsung.

Other Terms

1. The benefits offered within this campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other organizer campaigns, unless otherwise stated in the respective terms.
2. The campaign is not an organizer buy-back offer. The value of the old home appliance is not appraised; participants only receive a predetermined discount according to the campaign terms.
3. The campaign is valid for participants only for online sales and is not related to products purchased for resale purposes.
4. The general terms and conditions of the store apply, unless they conflict with the campaign terms.
5. If the participant decides to return the campaign product to the store and withdraw from the purchase agreement in accordance with applicable legislation, the participant agrees that they are not entitled to receive back the old home appliance that was returned according to the campaign terms. If the participant exercises the right of withdrawal, the organizer will only refund the purchase price of the campaign product, excluding the discount.
6. The participant is not entitled to receive campaign benefits if it is found that they have not followed the campaign terms or have negatively influenced the campaign.
7. The organizer has the right to reasonably amend the campaign terms or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice, in accordance with applicable laws.
8. The organizer is not liable if the campaign does not take place due to force majeure, international or national restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control.
9. The participant agrees that the organizer is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
10. The conduct of the campaign is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. All disputes related to the campaign will be resolved in the Latvian court system.
