Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra & Tab S9 Cashback Campaign Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the 'Buy a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra or Tab S9 and get a cashback' campaign (hereinafter referred to as the 'Conditions').
Organizer
The campaign is organized by "Samsung Electronics Baltics" SIA, registration number 40003963909, located at Duntese 6, Riga, LV-1013, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as the 'Organizer'), to promote certain Samsung devices.
Campaign Period and Location
The campaign is valid from 01.07.2025 to 31.07.2025 (hereinafter the 'Campaign Period'). The campaign territory includes Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
Participation
The campaign is valid in the Organizer's online stores samsung.lv, samsung.lt, samsung.ee, as well as in the online stores and physical stores of sellers listed in Appendix I of these Conditions (hereinafter the 'Store').
The campaign is intended only for individuals who have purchased the products mentioned in point 7 of these Conditions for personal use. Individuals under 18 years of age may participate in the campaign and receive prizes only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Campaign Products
The campaign products are Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra and Tab S9 devices listed in Appendix II. To participate, the buyer must purchase these products during the Campaign Period. The products must be marked as part of the 'Cashback Program'. Products not advertised with the 'Cashback Program' offer in the store are not considered campaign products.
The campaign applies only to new campaign products distributed by the Organizer and sold in Stores. It does not apply to Samsung products distributed by third parties. Participants should verify that the selected product is available and eligible for the campaign. It is recommended to carefully review these Conditions and Appendix I to avoid misunderstandings.
Information about the campaign is displayed in physical retail stores, and in online stores, campaign information and a link to the Conditions are provided on the product purchase page.
The campaign is valid only for new campaign products and does not apply to resold, previously used, demo, display, or commercially used products.
For questions regarding the color, technical parameters, or other details of the campaign products, participants should contact Samsung customer support (as per point 40) or the Store's representatives.
The number of campaign items offered is limited. If the available limit is reached, participation in the cashback program will no longer be possible. If campaign items are unavailable, a 'Sold Out' or similar notice will be displayed.
Cashback Program
The cashback program involves the Organizer paying amounts specified in Appendix II to the participant's personal bank account within the campaign territory, provided the campaign products were purchased in accordance with these Conditions and the participant has registered for the Cashback Program to receive the cashback (hereinafter 'Cashback').
To claim the cashback, participants must use the pre-installed 'Samsung Members' application on their newly purchased campaign product. It is recommended to claim the cashback while geographically located within the campaign territory. If participants have difficulty accessing the cashback registration form in the 'Samsung Members' application, they should contact Samsung customer support as per point 42.
Participants must register for the cashback within 14 days from the purchase date of the campaign products. Registration requires providing address, contact details, purchase details, proof of ownership (receipt or payment confirmation), a photo of the product packaging, and bank account details. Participants must enter the registration details themselves.
Participants must provide their personal bank account details, and the name of the bank account holder must match the participant's name.
After submitting registration details, participants will receive an email confirmation from the Organizer, along with further instructions and notifications regarding the cashback payment process. The Organizer may take several days to verify registration details.
If the submitted registration details are incomplete or incorrect, the Organizer will notify the participant via email and request corrections within 10 working days. Failure to correct the details or repeated submission of incorrect data may result in the final rejection of registration details and exclusion from the campaign.
Cashback will be paid to the participant's bank account only if the respective bank is registered or operates with a valid license or similar document within the campaign territory. Cashback will be processed within 35 days after successful validation of registration details, in accordance with these Conditions and Organizer's instructions.
Participants should only register for the cashback if they have made a final decision to keep the campaign product (i.e., they do not exercise their right of withdrawal for internet purchases or return the campaign product to the Store).
The cashback program has the following restrictions: Each participant can register for only one cashback. Regardless of other requirements, only the maximum number of cashbacks specified in point 22.1 will be approved per participant's registered email address and/or bank account details.
If a participant registers for the cashback and later decides to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the campaign product to the Store, they must immediately cancel their cashback registration by contacting Samsung customer support as per point 42. If a participant receives the cashback and then exercises their right of withdrawal, they must immediately return the received cashback to the Organizer's bank account, indicating the cashback registration number and the campaign product's IMEI number in the payment description.
Personal Data
The Organizer uses participants' personal data to process cashback payments and comply with accounting regulations. The Organizer does not manage or operate the 'Samsung Members' application or the associated Samsung account used for campaign participation. Therefore, the Organizer does not process personal data collected under these Conditions. The privacy statement regarding personal data processing is available at: https://account.samsung.com/membership/policy/privacy.
Providing personal data for campaign participation is voluntary. If participants do not provide the required information, they will not be able to receive the cashback.
Participants' personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds: consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), fulfillment of a legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)), and legitimate interest in promoting the Samsung brand and products (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
If participants' personal data is processed based on their consent, they have the right to withdraw their consent at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Personal data will be shared only with the Organizer's third-party service providers and/or group companies that provide services to the Organizer, such as campaign organization, management of the 'Samsung Members' application and Samsung account, and other similar services. These third parties will access personal data only for the purpose of providing services and/or executing the campaign.
Participants' personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to process the cashback. If legal proceedings are initiated, personal data may be retained until the proceedings are concluded. If legal regulations require mandatory retention of personal data, the Organizer will comply with the respective regulations.
The Organizer acts as a data controller. Participants may submit requests for access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, or other matters related to the processing of personal data by submitting a request through the GDPR support page. The relevant link is available in the privacy policy in multiple languages (Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian). Participants also have the right to lodge complaints with the data protection supervisory authority regarding the processing of personal data.
General Provisions
Benefits offered within this campaign cannot be combined with other Organizer campaigns, offers, or contests, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The campaign is intended only for retail buyers and does not apply to goods purchased for resale.
General terms and conditions for purchasing and delivery from the Store apply, unless these Conditions state otherwise.
Participants are not entitled to benefit from the campaign if it is found that they have violated the Conditions or have used the campaign unfairly or in bad faith.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Conditions at any time without prior notice, provided that the changes are made reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws.
The Organizer is not responsible for the suspension of the campaign due to force majeure, international or national sanctions, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control. In case of a risk of targeted sanctions, the Organizer has the right to request additional information from the participant.
Participants agree that the Organizer is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or in connection with participation in the campaign, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
The Organizer is not responsible for: (a) non-receipt of emails and registration data due to system errors or other reasons beyond the Organizer's control; (b) network errors or deficiencies; (c) interference, damage, or loss caused by circumstances beyond the Organizer's control; or (d) errors made by the participant (technical or otherwise).
The campaign is conducted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. All disputes related to the campaign will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
If a participant has questions or complaints about the campaign, they can be submitted until 31.10.2025 by calling or writing to Samsung customer support.
