Warning: This furniture must be securely fixed to the wall using the enclosed wall mounting hardware to prevent tipping. Different wall materials require different types of fasteners. Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach a metal component to a panel using three (3x) screws (Part #114334) and the provided wrench (Part #113453).
Step 2
Connect two large panels. Insert four (4x) dowels/pegs (Part #101359) into the designated holes on one panel, then align and join it with the second panel.
Step 3
Attach three (3x) brackets/clips (Part #113456) to the assembled panels. Secure each bracket using a nut/washer (Part #114254).
Step 4
Gently tap three (3x) feet/caps (Part #102372) into the designated positions on a panel using a hammer.
Step 5
Attach the base components. First, screw two (2x) feet/caps (Part #106433) into two (2x) base plates (Part #117020). Then, attach these assembled base plates to the bottom of the main unit using screws (Part #109548).
Step 6: Wall Marking
Hold the headboard in its final position against the wall. Use a spirit level and tape measure to mark the required mounting points on the wall. Ensure the marks are level and at the correct height, typically 89 mm (3 1/2") from the top edge for the wall fasteners.
Step 7: Wall Preparation
Drill holes in the wall at the marked locations. The recommended drill bit size is 7 mm (4/16"). Insert appropriate wall anchors if necessary (not included). ⚠️ Caution: Do not drill too close to edges or other wall fixtures.
Step 8: Mounting to Wall
Carefully lift the assembled headboard and align the mounting points with the prepared wall fixtures. Secure the headboard to the wall.
