Assembly Instructions

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION:

WARNING: Furniture tip-over can cause serious or fatal crushing injuries. ALWAYS secure this furniture to the wall using the provided tip-over restraints.

To further reduce the risk of serious injury and death from tip-overs:

Place the heaviest items in the lowest drawer.
Do not place TVs or other heavy objects on top of this product.
Never allow children to climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.

For wall mounting, use the supplied screws and plugs. These are suitable for most solid (A) and hollow (B) walls. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs. If you are uncertain about the correct wall fixing, seek professional advice.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Prepare Top Panel

Lay the top panel flat on a protected surface. Attach the two L-shaped brackets (106989) to the underside of the top panel using screws (100823) and washers (326949). Ensure the brackets are oriented correctly as shown in the diagram.

Step 2: Attach Side Panels

Insert dowels (101353) into the pre-drilled holes on the top edge of the two side panels. Align the side panels with the corresponding holes on the underside of the top panel and attach them using screws (113453).

Step 3: Insert Dowels

Insert dowels (101345) into the designated holes on the top edges of the side panels.

Step 4: Attach Base

Align the base panel with the bottom edges of the side panels. Secure the base panel to the side panels using screws (113453).

Step 5: Attach Second Side Panel

Attach the second side panel to the top and base panels using screws (113453) and dowels (101353).

Step 6: Secure Brackets

Attach the remaining brackets (106989) to the inside of the side panels using screws (100823) and washers (326949). The diagram shows securing these brackets to the side panels.

Step 7: Attach Back Panel

Slide the back panel into the grooves on the back edges of the side and top/base panels. Ensure it is seated correctly.

Step 8: Install Drawer Runners (Cabinet)

Attach the cabinet portion of the drawer runners (114254) to the inside of the side panels using screws (109049). Ensure they are level and correctly positioned as per the diagram.

Step 9: Attach Drawer Front Support

Attach the front support piece (153548) to the front edge of the top panel using screws (10003193).

Step 10: Attach Drawer Side Supports

Attach the drawer side supports (110519) to the side panels using screws (101353).

Step 11: Install Drawer Runners (Drawer)

Attach the drawer portion of the runners (122998) to the sides of the drawer base using screws (101353).

Step 12: Secure Drawer Runners

Secure the drawer runners to the drawer sides using screws (100349).

Step 13: Wall Mounting Preparation

Identify the type of wall you have (Solid A, Hollow B, or Wood C). Use the appropriate screws and plugs provided. For solid wood (C), use screws without plugs.

Diagrams show:

Type A: Screw (Ø 8 mm, 5/16") inserted into a plug in a solid wall.
Type B: Screw (Ø 8 mm, 5/16") inserted into a plug in a hollow wall.
Type C: Screw (Ø 3 mm, 1/8") directly into solid wood.

Step 14: Attach Wall Brackets to Furniture

Attach the wall mounting brackets (10139543) to the back of the furniture using screws (109048) and washers (100823). The diagram shows securing these brackets to the back edge of the top panel.

Step 15: Attach Drawer Front

Attach the drawer front panel to the drawer assembly using screws (118331).

Step 16: Attach Drawer Sides

Attach the drawer side panels to the drawer base using dowels (101345).

Step 17: Secure Drawer Sides

Secure the drawer sides to the drawer base using screws (105344).

Step 18: Attach Drawer Back

Attach the drawer back panel to the drawer assembly using screws (110630).

Step 19: Insert Drawer

Slide the assembled drawer into the cabinet runners.

Step 20: Insert Drawer Base

Slide the drawer base into the grooves on the drawer sides and back.

Step 21: Secure Drawer Assembly

Secure the drawer assembly using screws (110519).

Step 22: Final Wall Attachment

Align the furniture with the wall. Secure the furniture to the wall using the previously attached wall brackets and appropriate wall fixings (screws and plugs).

Step 23: Drawer Assembly Detail

This step shows how to assemble the drawer, likely involving sliding panels and securing them.

Step 24: Inserting Drawer

Insert the assembled drawer into the cabinet runners, ensuring smooth operation.

Step 25: Final Adjustment

Adjust the drawer if necessary using the provided screws (109558).
