Assembly Steps
Step 1: Attach the first set of connectors. Insert three large screws (114334) into the designated holes on one panel. Use the assembly tool (113453) for tightening.
[Diagram Description: Shows a panel with three screws being inserted and tightened with a wrench.]
Step 2: Connect the second panel. Insert four dowels/connectors (101359) into the corresponding holes on the first panel. Align the second panel with the dowels and press them together.
[Diagram Description: Shows a panel with four dowels inserted, and another panel being aligned and pushed onto the dowels.]
Step 3: Secure the connection. Insert three brackets/fittings (113456) into the pre-drilled holes on the second panel. Use the assembly tool (113453) to turn the cam locks (114254) within the brackets to secure the panels. Ensure the arrow on the cam lock points towards the connecting screw.
[Diagram Description: Shows brackets being inserted, then cam locks being turned with a tool to secure the connection between two panels.]
Step 4: Attach the feet. Insert three feet/bases (102372) into the designated holes on the underside of the assembled unit. Use a screwdriver to tighten them.
[Diagram Description: Shows three feet being attached to the bottom of the assembled unit.]
Step 5: Attach the base plates and covers. Place two circular base plates (117020) onto the bottom of the unit, aligning the holes. Secure each base plate with two small screws (109548). Then, place two circular covers (106433) over the base plates.
[Diagram Description: Shows circular base plates being screwed onto the bottom, followed by covers being placed over them.]
Step 6: Prepare for wall mounting. Measure and mark the wall at the desired height. Use a spirit level to ensure the marks are horizontal. The diagram indicates two mounting points, approximately 89 mm (3 1/2") apart, and suggests a screw depth of 89 mm (3 1/2").
[Diagram Description: Shows a wall with two horizontal marks, indicating spacing for wall mounting.]
Step 7: Install wall anchors (if necessary). If your wall requires anchors, insert them into the marked holes. The diagram shows a 7 mm (4/16") drill bit for pilot holes and indicates that wall anchors are not included.
[Diagram Description: Shows a drill bit being used to create a hole in the wall, and a warning symbol indicating that anchors are not included.]
Step 8: Mount the unit to the wall. Align the unit with the wall markings. Insert two screws (114334) through the unit's mounting points into the wall anchors or directly into the wall studs. The diagram shows the screws being tightened from the front of the unit into the wall.
[Diagram Description: Shows the assembled unit being positioned against the wall and secured with screws through pre-drilled holes into the wall.]
