Installation Instruction

Step 1
Place the vehicle in park, remove the factory bumper from the frame. If you also purchased Hooke Road skid plate, please install it first.

Step 2
Secure the winch bracket to the frame. Adjust the bumper to the desired position, and tighten the hardware. Repeat this step on the other side of the bumper.
Hardware: (2) Factory Bolts

Step 3
Secure the bull bar to the bumper, and tighten the hardware.
Hardware: (2) M8×20 Hex Bolts, (2) M8×16×1 Flat Washers, (2) D8 Split Lock Washers

Step 4
Secure the license plate bracket to the bumper, and tighten the hardware.
Hardware: (2) M6×16 Button Bolts, (2) M6×12×1 Flat Washers, (2) M6 Nylon Insert Lock Nuts

Step 5
Secure the bumper to the vehicle frame. Adjust it to the desired position, then tighten the hardware. Repeat this step on the other side of the vehicle.
Hardware: (6) M12×30 Hex Bolts, (6) M12 Hex Nuts, (12) M12×30×12 Flat Washers, (8) D12 Split Lock Washers

Step 6
Secure the decorative plate to bumper, and tighten the hardware.
Hardware: (4) M6×16 Button Bolts, (4) M6×12×1 Flat Washers

Step 7
Install the D-rings.
Hardware: (2) D-rings
