- H, K, L, M: Bolts and Nuts
- I, J, N, O: Various hardware components
Tools Required
- 19mm socket wrench
- 19mm wrench
- 10mm Allen wrench
Installation Time
Approximately 1 hour, requires 2-3 persons.
(Installation time may vary based on individual experience.)
Installation Instructions
Step 1: Preparation
Remove the original front bumper. Prepare the vehicle for the new bumper installation.
Step 2: Install Mounting Brackets
Install parts I, J, N, and O onto the vehicle frame. Do not fully tighten these components yet.
Refer to images showing bracket installation on the vehicle frame.
Step 3: Attach Part B
After completing Step 2, attach Part B (Mounting Bracket) to the vehicle frame as shown. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened.
Refer to images demonstrating the attachment of Part B and tightening of bolts.
Step 4: Mount Front Bumper
Install Part A (Front Bumper) onto the vehicle using parts H, K, L, and M. Align the bumper with the mounting points.
Refer to images showing the front bumper being positioned and aligned.
Step 5: Secure Front Bumper
Tighten the bumper (Part A).
- Install parts L, M, and K into the bolt holes indicated by red circles in Step 4.
- Install parts H, K, and M into the bolt holes indicated by yellow circles in Step 4.
Refer to images showing the specific bolt locations and tightening process.
Step 6: Completion
After completing all previous steps, the installation is finished.
A final image shows the fully installed front bumper on the Jeep Wrangler.
