This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing the Lightailing LGK779 lighting kit to enhance your Hibiscus model. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning.

Ensure you have a clean workspace and all necessary tools. A hobby knife and tweezers are recommended.

Installation Steps

1. Step 1: Prepare the Model

   Carefully separate the main components of your Hibiscus model as indicated in its original assembly manual. Identify the designated areas for LED placement.

2. Step 2: Install LEDs

   Take one Warm White LED Module (Part #LED-WW-01). Apply a small piece of adhesive from the Adhesive Strip Pack (Part #ADH-01) to the back of the LED module. Carefully place it into the designated lighting point on the model's structure.

   Repeat this process for all LED modules, ensuring correct color placement as per the model's design.

3. Step 3: Connect Wire Harnesses

   Take the Connecting Wire Harness (Type A) (Part #WH-A-03). Connect the small plugs from the LED modules to the corresponding ports on the harness. The ports are typically labeled or color-coded.

   Route the wires neatly along the model's internal channels to avoid pinching or obstruction. Use small pieces of adhesive or existing clips to secure the wires.

   Connect Wire Harness Type A to the Main Control Board (MCB) (Part #MCB-LGK779).

4. Step 4: Connect Battery Box

   Connect the Battery Box with Switch (Part #BB-SW-01) to the Main Control Board (MCB) using the Connecting Wire Harness (Type B) (Part #WH-B-04).

   Mount the Battery Box in an accessible location on the model, if applicable, or ensure its cable can reach a suitable external power source if the model design requires it.

5. Step 5: Final Assembly and Testing

   Carefully complete the assembly of your Hibiscus model, ensuring all wires are tucked away and not interfering with moving parts or structural integrity.

   Insert batteries into the Battery Box. Turn the switch on the Battery Box to the 'ON' position.
