Assembly Instructions ⚙️

1. Mounting the Wheels

Place the body with the underside facing up. Press the button in the middle of the wheel and push the wheel all the way down onto the axle. Release the button and pull the wheel until it locks into place with an audible [click]. Repeat this on the other sides. Check that all wheels are firmly seated by pulling on the wheel. If the button on the rim protrudes slightly, the wheel is correctly locked in place.

2. Mounting the Transport Wheels

Fit the transport wheels to the rear of the model as shown.

3. Battery Connection ?

Connect the plug from the battery to the model (A to A) and ensure the polarity is correct. Check that all connectors (B and C) are connected. Check the power supply by pressing the ON/OFF switch on the model. If the power supply is working, you will hear a motor sound.

4. Assembling the Seat

Position the seat, ensuring that the pins on the seat engage with the holes in the body. When the position is correct, secure the seat with screws.

5. Mounting the Steering Wheel

Connect the cable from the steering wheel to the cable from the model. Test the horn and music button to ensure the connection works. Place the steering wheel in its designated position (correct position: horn on the right, music button on the left). Align the hole through which the screw comes. Insert the screw and tighten it with a nut.

6. Fitting the Windscreen and Rear-View Mirrors

Press the windscreen into position until it clicks into place and secure it with screws. Press the rear-view mirrors into position until they click into place.

Charging the Vehicle ?

The vehicle must be turned OFF while charging.

  • Insert the charger into the socket; the LED lights up green. Connect the charger to the charging socket.
  • The LED on your charger lights up red while the battery is charging. If the LED lights green again, the battery is fully charged.
  • The charge time is approximately 6 hours.
  • Do not charge the battery more than once within 24 hours.
  • The charger and battery will heat up during the charging process.

⚠️ Attention!

  • The charger is not a toy. Only use the charger supplied.
  • The battery may only be charged by or under the supervision of an adult.
  • The terminals must not be short-circuited.
  • The charger must be checked regularly for damage to the cable, plug, housing, and other parts. If any damage is found, the charger must not be used until the damage has been repaired.
  • Allow the model to cool down sufficiently after each use before putting it back into operation. When using additional batteries, allow a cooling phase of at least 15 minutes between battery changes before operating the model again. Overheating can damage the electronics or cause a fire hazard.
  • Always disconnect the battery from the charger immediately after charging. Always disconnect the charger from the power supply immediately after disconnecting the battery. Leaving the model or charger connected after charging can cause damage to the model, charger, or power supply (fire hazard).
  • Use the charger only in dry rooms.

Disposal Instructions ♻️

Batteries and Accumulators: Batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of in domestic waste but must be disposed of separately. You are obliged to dispose of old batteries appropriately (separate collection). After use, batteries can be returned free of charge to retail stores. As batteries contain substances that can be irritant, cause allergies, or are highly reactive, separate collection and proper recycling are important for the environment and your health. If batteries are marked with chemical symbols Hg, Cd, or Pb below the crossed-out waste bin on wheels, it indicates they contain more than 0.0005% mercury (Hg), more than 0.002% cadmium (Cd), or more than 0.004% lead (Pb).

Electrical Appliances: Electrical appliances must not be disposed of in domestic waste and must be disposed of separately. Remove batteries if possible and dispose of the electrical equipment at communal collection points. If personal data is stored on the electrical appliance, you must remove it yourself.
