Usage Restrictions
- DO NOT use the vehicle on public roads, public places, or other dangerous locations.
- Operate the Ride-On Car only in safe locations such as private parking areas, private land, or other safe locations.
- Ensure no person or animal is endangered.
- The model stops automatically on a horizontal surface after releasing the accelerator.
- The vehicle has no additional brake or parking brake.
- Do not operate the vehicle uphill or downhill.
- Secure the vehicle against rolling away when parking.
General Safety Precautions
- Always sit tight; do not get up during the ride.
- Never take additional children for a ride (the vehicle is suitable for 1 person only).
- Hold on tight.
- Never drive without shoes.
- Never drive in the dark.
- Use with protective equipment.
- Keep hands, hair, loose clothing, and any other items away from rotating parts.
- Do not operate the model in rooms or halls with high humidity (e.g., garages), in the rain, or on wet surfaces, as there is a risk of malfunction or damage to electronics and housing.
- The model is not water- or splash-proof. Operate only on asphalted surfaces (e.g., paving stones). The model is not suitable for use on grass or loose soil.
Assembly Instructions
Exploded View Description: The vehicle components are labeled with numbers (1-14) and letters (A-E) for identification during assembly.

Step 1: Front Wheels Assembly
Place the car body upside down. Slide a washer (A) onto the front axle. Attach a wheel (10) and another washer (A) onto the axle. Secure the assembly with a clip (B). Finally, attach a wheel cover (11) to the wheel. Repeat for the other side.
Step 2: Rear Wheels Assembly
Install the transmission (9) onto the rear axle. Connect the motor wire plug to the car body connector and insert the cable into the clamp slot. Mount a drive wheel (10) onto the transmission and slide a washer (A) onto the axle. Secure with a clip (B). Attach a wheel cover (11) to the wheel. Repeat for the other side.
Step 3: Pedal / Entry Board Assembly
Place the entry boards (12) at the bottom of the car body and secure them with 4 screws (C) each.
Step 4: Rear Support Assembly
Position the rear support brackets and fix them with 2 screws (C) as shown in the diagram.
Step 5: Steering Wheel, Spare Wheel Dummy, and Rear Window Assembly
- Steering Wheel: Connect the steering wheel cable to the dashboard cable. Install the steering wheel (3) in its designated position and secure it with the safety screw (D) and nut (E).
- Spare Wheel Dummy: Install the spare wheel dummy (6) on the rear of the car body and fix it with 2 screws (C).
- Rear Window: Insert the rear window (7) into the rear of the car body and fix it with 2 screws (C).
Step 6: Windshield, Side Windows, and Rearview Mirrors Assembly
- Windshield: Insert the windshield (1) into the front slots of the car body and secure it with 2 screws (C).
- Side Windows: Place the side windows (4) in their designated positions and push the pins into the grooves until they click into place.
- Rearview Mirrors: Push the rearview mirrors (5) into their designated positions until they click into place.
Step 7: Battery Connection
Connect all plugs as shown. Ensure only matching connectors are joined (A = battery, B = transmission). Do not reverse polarity. Connect the red cable (plus) to the corresponding red connector and the black cable (minus) to the corresponding black connector. Turn on the vehicle by pressing the button on the soundboard.
Step 8: Seat Assembly
Place the seat cushion (2) and fix it with 2 screws (C). Slide the backrest from the top into its position.
Step 9: Charging the Vehicle
- The vehicle must be turned OFF while charging.
- Insert the charger (13) into the socket; the LED will light up green. Connect the charger to the charging socket on the dashboard.
- The charger's LED will be red while the battery is charging and turn green when fully charged.
- Charge time is approximately 6 to 7 hours.
- Do not charge the battery more than once every 24 hours.
- The charger and battery will get warm during the charging process.
Warning:
- Allow the model to cool down sufficiently after each use before operating it again. If using a spare battery, allow a cooling phase of at least 15 minutes between battery changes. Overheating can damage electronics or cause fire.
- Always disconnect the model from the charger immediately after charging. Always disconnect the charger from the power supply immediately after disconnecting the model. Leaving the model or charger connected after charging can cause damage or fire hazard.
Step 10: Functions
- a. Gas Pedal: Press to move the car forward. Release the pedal to brake or slow down.
- b. Shift Lever: Changes the direction of the car (Forward - Stop - Backward). IMPORTANT: The vehicle must come to a complete stop before changing direction or speed to avoid damaging the gears and motor.
- c. Horn: Button on the steering wheel.
- d. Control Board:
- 1. USB: Connection for a USB stick.
- 2. Voltage Display: Shows battery voltage.
- 3. Charging Socket: For connecting the charger.
- 4. Light Button: Turns the headlights ON or OFF.
- 5. Previous Music/Volume -: Short press to select the previous track. Long press to decrease volume.
- 6. Music Button: Activates music playback.
- 7. Next Music/Volume +: Short press to select the next track. Long press to increase volume.
- 8. Power Button: Long press (approx. 3 seconds) to turn the model ON or OFF. Short press (approx. 1 second) to turn off the music.
- 9. High Speed Button: Increases the vehicle's speed.
- 10. Low Speed Button: Decreases the vehicle's speed.
- 11. Bluetooth Speaker: Press to activate Bluetooth. Pair your mobile phone (appears as "yx") to play music through the car's speakers.
- 12. FM Radio: Accesses the FM radio function.
Troubleshooting
1. The vehicle does not run:
- Battery may be low on power: Charge the battery after each use or at least once a month. Do not charge for more than 15 hours.
- Thermal fuse tripped: The vehicle has a self-resetting fuse. If overloaded or misused, it will cut off for 5-20 seconds. Check for overload (max weight 30kg), towing, steep slopes, collisions, hot weather, or tampering with electronics.
- Battery connector or wires are loose: Ensure all connections are secure.
- Battery is dead, old, or damaged: Check battery maintenance and consider replacement.
- Electric system is damaged: Water, dirt, gravel, or sand may have caused corrosion or jammed components.
- Motor is damaged: Requires professional repair.
2. The battery will not recharge:
- Battery connectors or adapter are loose: Ensure secure connections.
- Charger is not plugged in correctly: Verify connection to the power outlet and that the outlet has power.
- Charger is not working: Check if the charger feels warm during charging; if not, it may be damaged.
3. The vehicle does not run for long:
- Battery may be undercharged: Ensure sufficient charging time. Charge at least once a month, but not for more than 7 hours at a time.
- Battery is old: Battery capacity decreases over time. Replace after 1-3 years of use.
4. Battery buzzes or gurgles when charging: This is normal.
5. Charger feels warm when recharging battery: This is normal.
Disposal Instructions
Batteries and Accumulators: Do not dispose of batteries with household waste. They must be disposed of separately. Return used batteries to retail stores free of charge. Batteries contain substances that can be irritant, cause allergies, or are highly reactive. Separate collection and proper recycling are important for the environment and health. Check for chemical symbols (Hg, Cd, Pb) indicating heavy metal content.
Electrical Appliances: Do not dispose of electrical appliances with domestic waste; dispose of them separately. Remove batteries if possible and take the appliance to communal collection points. Remove any personal data from the appliance before disposal.
