Replacement Procedure

Step 1: Detach the Dust Canister

Begin by unclipping the dust canister from the main body of the vacuum. This is achieved by lifting the grey tabs located on either side of the canister.

Step 2: Remove the Large Plush Filter

Description: A hand is reaching into the opened dust canister compartment of the Shark Navigator vacuum to pull out a large, plush filter.

Once the canister is detached, locate the large plush filter situated at the base of the compartment. This is one of two filters. Carefully remove this filter.

Step 3: Remove the Second (Thinner) Filter

Description: A hand is shown carefully removing a thinner filter from the very bottom of the dust canister compartment of the Shark Navigator vacuum.

The second filter is thinner and also located at the base of the vacuum within the compartment. It is important to replace this thinner filter first, before placing the larger replacement filter on top of it.
