Important Assembly Information
Before You Start
We recommend using two adjustable wrenches to assemble your product. If you have metric wrenches of the correct size, this is also acceptable. Suitable (adjustable) wrenches are NOT provided with the product, nor included in the assembly kit. It is strongly recommended that this equipment is assembled by two or more people to avoid possible injury.
Description Illustration A
This illustration shows what the trainer will look like after assembly is completed. It can be used as a reference during assembly, but follow the assembly steps in the correct sequence as shown in the illustrations.
Description Illustration B
This illustration shows the components and parts you should find when unboxing your product. Small parts can be hidden or packed in hollow spaces within the product's Styrofoam protection. If a part is missing, contact your dealer.
Description Illustration C
This illustration shows the hardware kit that comes with your product. The hardware kit contains bolts, washers, screws, nuts, etc., and the required tools for proper assembly.
Description Illustration D
These illustrations show the correct order for assembling your trainer.
- WARNING: Assemble the equipment in the given order. Carry and move the equipment with at least two persons.
- CAUTION: Place the equipment on a firm, level surface. Place the equipment on a protective base to prevent damage to the floor surface. Refer to the illustrations for the correct assembly of the equipment.
Free Area (Fig. D-0)
Adequate space is a prerequisite for use. The free area should be at least 0.6m greater than the *training area in the directions from which the equipment is accessed. The free area must also include space for emergency dismount. If equipment is positioned adjacent to each other, the free area may be shared.
*The training area is the maximum length/width/height of the trainer, including moving parts, measured to its maximum length/width/height during use.
Assembly Steps (Illustrations D-1 to D-5)
The assembly process is illustrated in detail across several diagrams (D-1 through D-5). These diagrams guide the user through attaching various components using specific hardware. Key steps involve:
- Illustration D-1: Shows the initial assembly of the main frame, likely involving connecting the base and uprights using M10 bolts (e.g., M10*90, M10*95).
- Illustration D-2: Depicts the attachment of the adjustable bench mechanism, utilizing M12 bolts (e.g., M12*125, M12*95) and associated nuts/washers.
- Illustration D-3: Continues the assembly of the adjustable bench frame, again using M12 hardware.
- Illustration D-4: Focuses on attaching the seat and backrest support structures, likely using M8 bolts (e.g., M8*25).
- Illustration D-5: Details the assembly of the leg developer attachment, involving smaller bolts (e.g., M8*20) and cylindrical components (Ø10x65).
The diagrams also indicate the specific hardware required for each step, referencing codes like 10X14KS, M10*90X2KS, M12*125 1KS, etc., and quantities.
Adjustment Options (Fig. E)
Illustration E displays various angle settings for the backrest and seat. The angles indicated range from 0° up to 86°, showing the adjustability of the bench for different exercises.
Weight Capacity (Fig. F)
Illustration F indicates weight limits. Labels show '300 KG' for the main bench and '50 KG' for the leg developer, signifying the maximum load capacities.
Important Checks
Because the trainer may settle during the first few hours of use, it is recommended to perform a quick check of the hardware. Tighten all bolts and nuts again after the first few workout sessions (approximately 10 hours) to ensure they remain secure for optimal performance. Regular hardware checks, at least once every 3 months, are also recommended.
Usage
Using Weight Plates
When using weight plates, ensure sufficient locking supports are used to secure them at all times before use. Never exceed the maximum weight capacity of the barbell bar and/or bench. Consider your own body weight as well.
Adjusting the Backrest Inclination
Tilt the backrest slightly and disengage the adjusting bar from the toothed plates. Move the backrest to the desired position and re-engage the adjusting bar into the toothed plates to secure it. Refer to Illustration E for adjustment range.
Adjusting the Vertical Seat Position
Tilt the seat slightly and disengage the adjusting bar from the toothed plates. Move the seat to the desired position and re-engage the adjusting bar into the toothed plates to secure it. Refer to Illustration E for adjustment range.
