Important Safety Instructions
This exercise equipment is built for optimum safety. However, certain precautions apply whenever you operate it. Read the entire manual before assembly or operation. Pay special attention to the following:
- Keep children and pets away from the equipment at all times. Do not leave children unattended in the same room.
- Only one person should use the equipment at a time.
- If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or other abnormal symptoms, STOP the workout immediately and consult a physician.
- Position the equipment on a clear, level surface. Do not use near water or outdoors.
- Keep hands away from all moving parts.
- Always wear appropriate workout clothing and shoes. Do not wear loose clothing that could get caught.
- Use the equipment only for its intended purpose as described. Do not use unauthorized attachments.
- Do not place sharp objects around the equipment.
- Disabled persons should not use the equipment without supervision.
- Always warm up with stretching exercises before use.
- Never operate if the equipment is not functioning properly.

Important Assembly Information
Before You Start
- Two adjustable wrenches are recommended for assembly (not included).
- Assembly by two or more people is strongly recommended to avoid injury.

Usage & Exercise Guidelines
Important Checks
- Check hardware regularly, at least once every 3 months, and tighten bolts/nuts after the first few workout sessions (approx. 10 hours) to ensure optimal performance.
Weight Plate Storage Bars
- Use sufficient locking supports to secure weight plates at all times.
- Distribute weight plates evenly on left and right sides.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of the storage bars.
Exercise Guidelines
- Building Muscle and Gaining Weight: Anaerobic exercise focuses on strength training. Gradual weight gain can occur. Diet can include meat, fish, and vegetables to aid muscle recovery.
- Muscle Strength and Endurance: To increase strength, increase resistance and maintain repetitions. To tone, decrease resistance and increase repetitions.
- Training Intensity: Adjust based on fitness level. Gradually increase load. Muscle soreness is common initially.
- Strength Building Program: Warm up for 5-10 minutes with light exercise and stretching. Avoid prolonged muscle soreness. Cool down with 5-10 minutes of slow stretching. Consider 2-3 days of aerobic exercise per week.
- Drinking Water: Stay hydrated by increasing fluid intake during exercise to replace sweat loss.
- Rest Day: Essential for muscle recovery and preventing overtraining. Take at least one rest day per week.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Lubricate moving parts periodically with WD-40 or light oil.
- Inspect and tighten all parts before use.
- Clean with a damp cloth and mild, non-abrasive detergent. Do not use solvents.
- Examine regularly for signs of damage or wear. Replace defective parts immediately or keep the equipment out of use until repaired.
- Failure to examine regularly may affect safety.
Defects and Malfunctions
If the equipment does not function properly, contact the dealer immediately. Provide the model number, serial number, problem description, usage conditions, and purchase date.
Warranty
Tunturi Purchaser's Warranty
The consumer is entitled to applicable legal rights. The warranty is valid only if the item is used in an environment approved by Tunturi New Fitness BV and maintained as instructed. Refer to the user manual for specific instructions. The user manual can be downloaded from www.tunturi.com.
Limited Warranty
Tunturi New Fitness warrants this product against defects in workmanship and material for two years on the frame and one year on other parts/components from the date of purchase, for original purchasers and normal home use. Tunturi New Fitness's obligation is limited to replacing faulty parts.
This warranty does not cover damage from freight, abuse, misuse, improper use, or unauthorized repairs, nor products used commercially or for rental. No other warranty is authorized.
Tunturi New Fitness is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
