1. Wenn die Bluetooth-Verbindung nicht richtig funktioniert, schalten Sie die Tastatur aus und wieder ein oder starten Sie Bluetooth am Gerät neu und versuchen Sie die Verbindung erneut. Löschen Sie gegebenenfalls den doppelten Bluetooth-Eintrag in der Liste der Bluetooth-Verbindungen des Geräts und verbinden Sie erneut.
2. Um zu einem erfolgreich verbundenen Kanal zu wechseln, drücken Sie die Kanaltaste und warten Sie 3 Sekunden, bevor Sie die Tastatur weiter verwenden.

1. Wenn Tastatur und Maus länger als 60 Minuten nicht benutzt werden, schalten sie automatisch in den Schlafmodus und die Anzeigeleuchte erlischt.

Bei Bluetooth-Verbindung: Löschen Sie das Gerät aus der Bluetooth-Liste Ihres Geräts. Starten Sie Ihr Gerät neu und koppeln Sie die Tastatur/Maus gemäß der Bedienungsanleitung neu. Falls die Probleme bestehen bleiben: Testen Sie die Tastatur/Maus an einem anderen Gerät. Kontaktieren Sie bei Bedarf unseren Kundenservice.

Was tun, wenn die Tastatur/Maus nicht einschaltet oder nicht reagiert?
