Charging Guide
1. When the battery is low, the low battery indicator light on the keyboard or mouse will rapidly flash to indicate low power. 2. Insert the Type-C port into the mouse or keyboard and the USB-A port into the computer to charge, the red light stays on while charging. 3. The indicator light turns in green when fully charged.
Notice: If the mouse or keyboard is low battery, there will be delays, freezes and other problems. Please connect to the power supply for charging in a timely manner to ensure that the mouse or keyboard has sufficient battery power to get normal performance.

1. When the keyboard and mouse is not used for more than 60 minutes, it will automatically enter into sleep mode and the indicator light will turn off.

How to deal with disconnection issues, keys repeating or typing & clicking delay?
Please ensure that the keyboard/mouse is fully charged. A low battery can affect the performance of the keyboard/mouse. If using a USB dongle to connect the keyboard/mouse to the device, unplug and replug the USB dongle, trying a different USB port if necessary. lf connecting the keyboard/mouse to the device via Bluetooth, delete the Bluetooth name from your device’s Bluetooth connection list, and restart your device and re-pair the keyboard/mouse by following the steps in the user manual. lf the issues persist, try to connect the keyboard/mouse to other devices to check if the same issues occur and don’t hesitate to contact our customer service for assistance.

2. Um zu einem erfolgreich verbundenen Kanal zu wechseln, drücken Sie die Kanaltaste und warten Sie 3 Sekunden, bevor Sie die Tastatur weiter verwenden.

1. Wenn Tastatur und Maus länger als 60 Minuten nicht benutzt werden, schalten sie automatisch in den Schlafmodus und die Anzeigeleuchte erlischt.

Wie behebt man Verbindungsprobleme, Tastenwiederholungen oder Verzögerungen bei Tastatur & Maus?
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Tastatur/Maus vollständig aufgeladen ist. Ein schwacher Akku kann die Leistung beeinträchtigen. Bei Verbindung über USB-Dongle: Ziehen Sie den Dongle heraus und stecken Sie ihn erneut ein. Probieren Sie bei Bedarf einen anderen USB-Port.
