About ULNA manuals on Manuals.plus

ULNA is a provider of networking equipment focused on outdoor wireless transmission solutions. The brand is best known for its point-to-point (PtP) and point-to-multipoint (PtMP) wireless bridges and CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) kits. These devices utilize 5.8GHz and WiFi 6 technologies to beam internet signals over long distances, often up to 5 kilometers, filling a crucial niche for rural connectivity and IP camera surveillance setups.

Designed for ease of installation, ULNA products typically feature pre-paired locking mechanisms, Power over Ethernet (PoE) support, and weather-resistant IP65 enclosures. By eliminating the need for expensive trenching or long ethernet cable runs, ULNA offers a cost-effective way to extend local area networks to detached buildings such as workshops, warehouses, and guest houses.

ULNA support FAQ

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • How do I pair two ULNA wireless bridges?

Most ULNA bridges are pre-paired. To pair manually, set one unit to 'A' (Master/Transmitter) and the other to 'B' (Slave/Receiver) using the physical switch. Then, use the reset button to toggle the channel display so both units show the same number/character. Wait 1-2 minutes for the signal lights to indicate a connection.

  • What is the default IP address for the ULNA bridge web interface?

The default IP usually depends on the specific model (often 192.168.255.100 or 192.168.188.253). To access it, you must assign a static IP address to your computer in the same subnet (e.g., 192.168.255.x) and connect via the LAN port of the PoE adapter.

  • What is the default username and password for ULNA bridges?

For the web management interface, the default username and password are typically both 'admin'. Note that the WiFi/SSID password is different and can often be found on the device label or in the manual (e.g., usually a variation of 'zllinkcpe' followed by the channel number).

  • Why can't I access the web configuration page?

Ensure your computer is connected to the LAN port of the PoE injector (not the bridge directly if using PoE) and that you have manually set your computer's IP address to match the bridge's network segment. Accessing the interface is not required for basic pairing if using the hardware buttons.
