• How do I set up the INOVA E8?

  Place it upright on a solid, level surface with at least 150 mm clearance from the nearest wall. Install the supplied activated carbon filter, keep the intake and outlet clear, and follow the manual before connecting power.

• Can I wash the E8 filters?

  The E8 manual says not to wash or vacuum the pre-filter or HEPA filter because this can damage the filter material. Disconnect power before accessing filters.

• How often should I replace E8 filters?

  The manual gives approximate intervals of 3–6 months for the pre-filter, 3–5 years for the HEPA filter and a maximum of 3 years for the activated carbon filter. Actual life depends on usage and pollution levels.

• Where can I get warranty or repair support?

  Check the warranty documents supplied with your purifier or contact the seller for the correct support channel. The E8 manual directs users to qualified INOVA service personnel and states that consumable filter life is not warranted.
