Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
Begin by turning off the power at the circuit breaker. Mount the ceiling bracket using the provided hardware, connect the corresponding live, neutral, and ground wires securely, then attach the fan unit and light cover. Always consult your specific user manual for precise steps and safety warnings.
Download the designated app (often found via a QR code in the manual). With the fan powered on, open the app, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, and follow the on-screen instructions closely (or click "PairCode") within 5 seconds of powering on to select and pair your ceiling fan.
First, ensure that fresh AAA batteries are installed. If it still does not work, re-pair the remote by turning the power to the fan off and back on at the breaker, then press and hold the pairing button on your remote within 5 seconds until you hear a beep.
Fszdorj ceiling fans typically come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty that covers the DC motor, LED components, and remote functionality under normal usage conditions. Support claims can often be made directly through the original purchasing site, such as Amazon.
The reversible DC motor allows you to switch airflow directions. Use the downdraft setting in the summer for a cooling breeze, and the updraft setting in the winter to circulate warm air that has collected near the ceiling. This setting can usually be toggled via the remote or Bluetooth app.
