4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically requires one person and takes approximately 30-60 minutes. Follow the steps below carefully. Refer to the included detailed installation manual for specific diagrams and screw types.

1. Prepare the Workspace: Clear a spacious area for assembly. Lay down a soft cloth or cardboard to protect the desktop surface from scratches.
2. Attach Foot Pads to Legs: Secure the foot pads to the bottom of each desk leg using the provided screws. Ensure they are firmly tightened for stability.
3. Assemble the Frame: Connect the two desk legs with the crossbar/frame support. This forms the base structure of the desk. Ensure all connections are snug before fully tightening.
4. Install the Lifting Mechanism and Motor: Attach the electric motor and lifting columns to the assembled frame according to the manual's diagrams. Ensure all cables are routed correctly and securely connected.
5. Assemble the Desktop: If your desktop comes in multiple pieces (splice board), align and connect them using the provided connectors and screws. Ensure the surface is flat and secure.
6. Attach Desktop to Frame: Carefully place the assembled desktop onto the frame. Align the pre-drilled holes in the desktop with the mounting points on the frame. Secure the desktop using the appropriate screws.
7. Mount the Control Panel: Attach the control panel to the underside of the desktop, typically on the front edge, using the designated screws. Connect the control panel cable to the motor/control box.
8. Cable Management: Use the provided cable management clips or ties to neatly organize and secure all power and control cables, preventing them from dangling or getting caught.
9. Final Check: Double-check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Plug in the power adapter and perform an initial test of the desk's height adjustment function.

5.1 Basic Height Adjustment

• To Raise: Press and hold the UP arrow button. The desk will move upwards. Release the button to stop at your desired height.
• To Lower: Press and hold the DOWN arrow button. The desk will move downwards. Release the button to stop at your desired height.
• The current height will be displayed on the LED screen.

5.2 Memory Presets

The desk allows you to save up to four preferred height settings for quick adjustments.

1. Set a Memory Position:
   • Adjust the desk to your desired height using the UP/DOWN buttons.
   • Press the "M" button (or "SET" button, depending on model). The LED display may flash "S-" or "M-".
   • Within 3 seconds, press one of the numbered preset buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4). The height is now saved to that number.
2. Recall a Memory Position:
   • Simply press the desired numbered preset button (1, 2, 3, or 4). The desk will automatically move to the saved height.

The height range for this model is 28.9 inches (minimum) to 46.5 inches (maximum).
