Installation Guide
Step 1: Install the Tabletop and the Lifting Columns
Connect the tabletop (1) and the lifting columns (2) using screws (B x8, M8) and the hex wrench (C).
Caution: Please do not place the surface directly on hard ground during installation, as it can be damaged by hard or sharp objects.

Step 2: Install Desk Feet
Install the feet (3) to the lifting columns with the screws (A x8, M6) and tighten with the hex wrench (C).

Step 3: Install the Motor and Power Lines
Connect the motor plug to the control box. Then, connect the corresponding side of the power plug (4) to the adapter, and the other side to the wall socket. The motor and power lines can be managed with the included cable clamp.

Keypad Instruction
Keypad Layout:
Features include an LED Screen, Type-C Port, Type-A Ports, and a LOCK Button.
Operation:
- Long press the up/down buttons to adjust the height. The screen displays "bot" at the lowest point and "top" at the highest point.
- Buttons 1-4 are memory preset buttons. Hold a number for 3 seconds to save the current height.
- To reset the control box: Press and hold the "3" and "4" keys together for 5 seconds to enter reset mode (display shows "RST"). Then, press and hold the "v" key until the desk reaches its lowest point and rebounds slightly. The display shows "bot" upon completion.
- Press the "LOCK" button to activate child lock (display shows "Loc"), disabling height adjustments.
- To adjust anti-collision sensitivity: Press and hold "A" and "v" keys together for 5 seconds to cycle through levels A-0 (off), A-1 (low), A-2 (medium), A-3 (high). This is for when the desk stops unexpectedly without collision or does not stop when colliding.

FlexiSpot will replace defective parts or the entire product at no charge, or refund the purchase price if replacement/repair is not practical. Replacement items shipped within the continental United States are free; expedited shipping incurs extra cost. Shipping outside the continental US requires the purchaser to pay shipping costs.
Note: REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT (OR, IN LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES, REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE) IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. FlexiSpot assumes no liability for other obligations or liabilities created by third parties.
What is Not Covered?
Our limited warranty does not cover problems caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Normal wear and tear, improper installation, maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.
- Accessories, connected materials, or related products not manufactured by FlexiSpot.
- Failure to follow the product's instructions and guidelines.
The warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels, or any alterations.

Implied Warranties and Limitation of Damages
Implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this warranty. FlexiSpot is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations.
Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
