Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach drawer slide (10115917) labeled 'CL' to the left side panel (10114655) using 6x screws (10047245).

Attach drawer slide (10115917) labeled 'CR' to the right side panel (10114655) using 6x screws (10047245).

Ensure the slides are oriented correctly as shown in the close-up view.

Step 2

Insert 10x screws (118331) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels.

Step 3

Insert 8x dowels (101345) into the corresponding holes on the base and top panels.

Step 4

Align the side panels with the base panel. Ensure the dowels and screws from previous steps align with the holes.

Attach the side panels to the base panel. The close-up shows the correct alignment and insertion of screws.

❌ Incorrect: Do not attach the side panel upside down or misaligned.

Step 5

Attach the second side panel to the base panel, similar to Step 4.

❌ Incorrect: Ensure correct orientation and alignment.

Step 6

Attach the back panel supports (10114653) to the side panels.

Step 7

Place the top panel onto the assembled structure, aligning dowels and screws.

Secure the top panel.

Step 8

Insert 4x cam locks (102509) into the designated holes on the side panels.

Turn the cam locks clockwise to secure the connection, as shown in the close-up view.

Step 9

Insert 2x cam locks (102509) into the designated holes on the other side panel.

Turn the cam locks clockwise to secure.

Step 10

Insert 4x cam lock housings (10086024) into the corresponding holes on the top panel.

Turn the cam lock housings to engage with the screws, as shown in the close-up view.

Step 11

Attach the leg assemblies (partially assembled with legs 159553 and caps 10109447) to the base of the unit.

Use 4x screws (10003283) and the bracket (100001) for attachment.

The close-up shows the screw (10003283) and bracket (100001) being used, and the correct orientation of the leg assembly.

❌ Incorrect: Do not use screw (124539).

Step 12

Attach 4x feet (103095) using cam lock housings (10121165) to the bottom of the legs.

Turn the cam lock housings to secure.

Step 13

Place the assembled main body onto the leg structure.

Align the holes and secure using screws.

The close-up shows the alignment and insertion of screws.

Step 14

Secure the main body to the leg structure using 4x screws (124539) and bracket (100001).

The close-up shows the screw (124539) and bracket (100001) being used.

Step 15

Install the drawer support components (10122104 and 10122105) into the designated openings inside the unit.

Push them in until they click or are firmly seated.

Step 16

Attach 4x drawer slide guides (10075382) to the inside of the unit, aligning them with the pre-drilled holes.

Step 17

Slide the shelf into the unit, resting it on the installed drawer slide guides.

The arrow indicates the direction of insertion.

Step 18

Ensure all parts are securely attached and the unit is stable.

The close-up shows the adjustable feet.

Step 19

Assemble the drawer box components.

The close-up shows how to connect the drawer sides and front/back using clips and screws.

The final action is a "Click!" indicating the drawer front is secured.

Step 20

Attach the drawer front to the assembled drawer box.

The arrow indicates the direction of attachment.

Step 21

Slide the drawer bottom panel into the grooves of the drawer box.

The arrow indicates the direction of insertion.

Step 22

Attach 4x drawer slides (159553) to the sides of the drawer box.

Use 4x clips (117434) to secure them.

Step 23

Attach the drawer slide components (labeled DL and DR) to the main unit.

The close-up shows the attachment using screws (10047245) and slides (10115917).

The lower part shows the drawer slide being attached to the drawer box.

Step 24

Attach the drawer handle (using screw 119976 and cap 10109447) to the drawer front.

The close-up shows the screw passing through the drawer front and into the handle, secured by the cap.

Step 25

Carefully insert the assembled drawer into the unit.

Align the drawer slides with the guides in the unit.
