Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach drawer slide assemblies (CL and CR) to the base panels using 6x of part 10115917 and 6x of part 10047245. The diagram shows two base panels being prepared for the main unit's base.
Step 2
Attach drawer slide rails (part 118331, 10x) to the side panels. Two side panels are shown, each receiving multiple rails.
Step 3
Insert dowels (part 101345, 8x) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels and base panels.
Step 4
Connect one side panel to the base panel. Screws are inserted through the base into the side panel. A prohibition symbol ❌ indicates incorrect placement.
Step 5
Connect the second side panel to the base panel, similar to Step 4. A prohibition symbol ❌ indicates incorrect placement.
Step 6
Attach the back panel to the assembled side and base panels.
Step 7
Attach the top panel to the side panels.
Step 8
Secure the unit using cam lock fittings (part 102509, 4x). The zoomed-in view shows how to insert and turn the cam lock fitting ?.
Step 9
Secure the unit from the other side using cam lock fittings (part 102509, 2x).
Step 10
Attach cam lock fittings (part 10086024, 4x) to the top panel. The zoomed-in view shows insertion and turning ?.
Step 11
Attach the legs (part 159553, 4x) to the base using screws (part 100001, 4x) and screws (part 10003283, 4x). A prohibition symbol ❌ indicates incorrect screw usage.
Step 12
Attach the bottom shelf/support to the leg assembly using screws/bolts (part 103095, 4x) and cam locks (part 10121165, 4x). The zoomed-in view shows the cam lock mechanism ?.
Step 13
Attach the main body of the unit to the leg assembly. Screws are inserted from the bottom of the unit into the leg assembly.
Step 14
Attach the top panel to the main body using screws (part 124539, 4x) and U-shaped brackets (part 100001, 4x).
Step 15
Insert plastic feet/inserts (part 10122104, 1x and part 10122105, 1x) into the bottom of the unit.
Step 16
Attach drawer slide components (part 10075382, 4x) to the inside of the unit. The diagram shows these being screwed into place.
Step 17
Insert the shelf into the unit. An arrow ⬇️ indicates placement.
Step 18
Attach adjustable feet/levelers. The zoomed view shows a rotating mechanism ?, likely for leveling the unit.
Step 19
Assemble the drawer box. This involves connecting drawer sides, front, and back using clips (part 117434, 4x), screws (part 119976, 1x), and a cylinder/spacer (part 10109447, 1x). A "Click!" sound indicates successful connection.
Step 20
Attach the drawer front to the assembled drawer box. Arrows indicate alignment and connection.
Step 21
Attach the drawer front to the main drawer box. Arrows indicate alignment and connection.
Step 22
Attach drawer slide components (part 159553, 4x) to the drawer box. Attach clips (part 117434, 4x) to the drawer sides.
Step 23
Attach drawer slide rails (part 10115917, 2x) to the drawer box. Attach drawer slide components (part 10047245, 4x) to the drawer box. Labels DR and DL indicate specific sides.
Step 24
Attach the drawer handle (part 119976, 1x) to the drawer front using a screw (part 10109447, 1x). The diagram shows the screw passing through the drawer front into the handle.
Step 25
Insert the assembled drawer into the unit. The zoomed-in view shows a finger pushing a release mechanism [release-button] to insert the drawer.
