Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach the drawer slide components (labeled CL and CR) to the base panels using six (6x) screws (part number 10047245). Ensure correct orientation as shown.

Step 2

Attach the main drawer slide mechanisms to the side panels using ten (10x) screws (part number 118331).

Step 3

Insert eight (8x) dowels (part number 101345) into the designated holes on the main frame panels.

Step 4

Attach the first vertical side panel to the base assembly. Ensure it is correctly aligned and secured.

Step 5

Attach the second vertical side panel to the base assembly. Ensure it is correctly aligned and secured.

Step 6

Place the back panel into position, aligning it with the grooves or edges of the side panels.

Step 7

Attach the top panel to the assembled frame. Ensure it is properly seated and aligned.

Step 8

Secure the structure using four (4x) cam locks (part number 102509) on one side. The diagram shows a cam lock being inserted and rotated [rotate symbol] to secure a connection.

Step 9

Secure the structure using two (2x) cam locks (part number 102509) on the other side. The diagram shows a cam lock being inserted and rotated [rotate symbol] to secure a connection.

Step 10

Insert four (4x) cam lock screws (part number 10086024) and secure them. The diagram shows a cam lock screw being inserted and a hand pushing it into place.

Step 11

Attach the support beams (part numbers 10114655 and 10114653) between the legs. Use the crank tool (100001) to tighten four (4x) screws (part number 10003283) and four (4x) screws (part number 124539).

Step 12

Attach the four (4x) leg components (part number 159553) to the frame. Use the crank tool (100001) to tighten four (4x) screws (part number 103095) into the sleeves (part number 10121165).

Step 13

Place the assembled frame onto the main body of the nightstand. Align the holes and secure it.

Step 14

Finalize the attachment of the frame to the main body using the crank tool (100001) and four (4x) screws (part number 124539).

Step 15

Insert the two (2x) grommets (part numbers 10122104 and 10122105) into the designated holes on the top surface.

Step 16

Attach the drawer runners (part number 10075382) to the inside of the nightstand body using four (4x) connectors. The diagram shows a connector being pushed into place.

Step 17

Place the shelf into its position within the nightstand. An arrow indicates the direction of placement.

Step 18

Adjust the feet of the nightstand to ensure it is level. The diagram shows a hand rotating the adjustable feet.

Step 19

Assemble the drawer box. Attach the drawer sides to the drawer front and back panels using four (4x) clips. The diagram shows clips being inserted and a "Click!" sound indicating engagement.

Step 20

Slide the drawer base panel into the grooves of the assembled drawer box. An arrow indicates the direction of insertion.

Step 21

Attach the drawer front panel to the assembled drawer box. An arrow indicates the direction of attachment.

Step 22

Attach the drawer slide components to the sides of the assembled drawer box. Use four (4x) screws (part number 159553) and four (4x) clips (part number 117434).

Step 23

Attach the drawer slide mechanisms (labeled DR and DL) to the drawer box. The diagram shows two components being attached using screws (part number 10115917) and springs (part number 10047245).

Step 24

Attach the drawer handle. Use one (1x) screw (part number 119976) and the handle mounting part (part number 10109447).

Step 25
