Congratulations on your purchase of the GOTRAX Dolphin Electric Bike! This manual is designed to assist you with assembly and operation. Please read all information carefully before riding.
Important Note for Riders Under 18: Parental permission is required before riding your electric bicycle.
Tools Included: 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm Allen wrench, 13mm & 15mm open-end wrench, Flat Head & Phillips dual-purpose Screwdriver.
Safety First
Always wear a helmet that is CPSC approved and fits properly. Ensure it covers the forehead and is securely fastened.
Always ensure your electric bike has a full battery before riding.
Be aware of and follow all local road laws.
Do not ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Respect pedestrians at all times.
Avoid riding in wet conditions, as this can cause injury and damage to the electronics, potentially voiding the warranty.
To conserve battery, use assist mode and avoid rapid acceleration, frequent braking, riding against the wind, carrying heavy loads, or riding with underinflated tires.

Assembly and Components
Familiarize yourself with the parts of your GOTRAX Dolphin E-bike, including the LED Display, Stem, Suspension Fork, Battery, Pedals, Saddle, Seat Post, Crankset, Disc Brake, Tire, Charger Port, Wheel Chain, and Motor.
Follow the step-by-step instructions for installing the handlebar, ensuring all screws are tightened securely and the front wheel is aligned.
Important Warnings
- The electric bike is not waterproof. Water damage is not covered by warranty.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to sun or rain.
- Do not modify the original design of the product.
- Never exceed the posted speed limit and obey all traffic laws.
- Keep hands and body parts away from moving parts.
- Before each ride, check that all components are functioning correctly, brakes are working, safety labels are visible, tires are properly inflated and have sufficient tread, and all guards are in place.
- The electric bike should not be used by children under 16.
- Consider additional insurance for riding an electric bike; consult an insurance company or broker.
