This user manual will help you assemble and operate your new electric bike. Please read ALL OF THE INFORMATION in this manual before riding.
NOTE TO ALL RIDERS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE: It's very important that you get parental permission before riding your electric bike.
Important Safety Information
Don't Ride Until You Read This:
- ALWAYS wear a helmet when riding your electric bike.
- Make sure your electric bike has a full battery before taking it out to ride.
- Always be aware of local road laws, and follow them.
- Do not ride the bike under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Always respect pedestrians.
- Do not ride under wet conditions. The electric bike may slide from under your feet causing injury. Wet conditions may damage the electronics and void the warranty.
Warning Message:
- Avoid water: The electric bike is not waterproof. Electronics may be damaged due to water, and water damage is not covered by warranty. Riding in wet conditions is dangerous and may result in injury.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to sun or rain: Store the bike away from high temperatures or corrosive gas.
- Abuse: Physical damage due to negligent care or extreme riding is not covered.
- Risk of Injury: Whenever you ride the GOTRAX Electric Bike, you risk severe injury or even death from loss of control, collisions, and falls. Use caution and ride at your own risk.
- Do not modify: Do not alter the product from its original design.
- Obey Laws: Do not exceed the posted speed limit and obey all traffic laws.
- Charging Port: Avoid touching the charging port directly and prevent contact with metal objects.
- Moving Parts: Keep hands and all body parts away from moving parts while operating the electric bike.
- Pre-Ride Check: Before riding, ensure the electric bike is operating correctly.
- Braking System & Labels: Before riding, check that the braking system is functioning properly and all safety labels are in place and understood.
- Guards: Before riding, ensure all axle guards, chain guards, or other covers supplied by the manufacturer are in place and serviceable.
- Tires: Before riding, check that tires are in good condition, properly inflated, and have sufficient tread remaining.
- Load Rating: Never exceed the 264 lb (120 kg) maximum load rating.
- Age Restriction: The electric bike should never be used by children under the age of 16.
- Maximum Speed: The electric bike's maximum speed is 15.5 MPH.
- Insurance: Additional insurance may be required for riding an electric bike. Contact an insurance company or broker for advice.
- Conserve Electricity: Use assist mode, avoid zero starting, frequent braking, riding against the wind, carrying heavy loads, or riding with insufficient air pressure.
Unpacking and Product Specs
Remove all packaging material and inspect each item for any accidental damage that may have occurred during shipping. You should find the following items in your box:

Get To Know Your E-Bike
This section details the various components of your GOTRAX ENDURA electric bike:
- Saddle: The seat for the rider.
- Seat Post: Connects the saddle to the bike frame and allows for height adjustment.
- LED Display: Shows speed, battery level, and mode.
- Stem: Connects the handlebars to the fork.
- Front Light: Illuminates the path ahead.
- Front Fork: Holds the front wheel and connects to the frame.
- Battery: Powers the electric motor.
- Motor: Provides electric assistance.
- Wheel Chain: Transmits power from the pedals to the rear wheel.
- Crankset: Includes pedals and crank arms for manual pedaling.
- Pedals: Where the rider places their feet for pedaling.
- Tire: The rubber wheel component.
- Disc Brake: Provides stopping power.
Assembly and Installation
Installing the Handlebar
- Step 1: Use tools to loosen screws from fasteners.
- Step 2: Insert the handlebar into the fork tube.
- Step 3: Adjust the handlebar and tighten the screw.
- Step 4: Tighten the other screw in front of the handlebar.
Adjusting the Seat Tube
- Step 1: Push the saddle down.
- Step 2: Open the folder of the seat tube.
- Step 3: Adjust and rotate the seat to the desired height and angle.
- Step 4: Lock the folder.
Mounting Pedal
- Step 1: Please check the 'L' (left) and 'R' (right) marks on the pedals.
- Step 2: Take the appropriate wrench from the tool box.
- Step 3: 'R' means it should be installed on the right side; 'L' means it should be installed on the left side. Ensure correct orientation.
- Step 4: Tighten the nut counterclockwise.
Installing the Front Wheel
- Step 1: Secure the front fork.
- Step 2: Align the front fork to both ends of the bearing. Ensure the disc brake is on the left side.
- Step 3: Install the quick release and tighten it securely.
- Step 4: Twist the wrench upward and check the operation of the wheel.
Battery Management
Removing the Battery
- Step 1: Open the battery key.
- Step 2: Take the battery out.
- Step 3: The battery compartment is now empty.
- Step 4: The battery unit is removed.
Charge Your E-Bike
- Step 1: Take out the battery.
- Step 2: You can take the battery to your company or home to charge it.
- Step 3: Plug one end of the charger into the battery and the other end into the power supply.
- Step 4: A red light shows the battery is charging; a green light indicates it is full.

The LED Console S810 provides control and information for your electric bike.

User Instructions
Connections:
- Connect the red wire to the positive terminal.
- Connect the black wire to the negative terminal.
- Connect the blue wire to the controller of the electric on/off switch.
- Connect the green wire to the controller of the motor power output control wire.
- Connect the yellow wire to the positive terminal.
- Connect the white wire to the negative terminal.
1. Start
Press the ON/OFF button to power on the console. The blue wire connected to it will deliver the same output voltage as the power source. The maximum operating current of the blue wire can reach 200mA.
2. Battery Level Indicators
The LED indicators under 'POWER' will show full bars when the battery is fully charged. The LED indicator 'P' will start blinking continuously at low battery, indicating a timely battery recharge is needed.
3. Motor Power Output Control
The console displays motor power output levels via indicators for LOW, MED, and HIGH. The default level upon boot is 0, with an output voltage of 0V.
Pressing the MODE button cycles through the power levels:
- First press: LOW indicator lights up, output voltage is 1V.
- Second press: LOW to MED indicator, output voltage is 2V.
- Third press: MED to HIGH indicator, output voltage is 3V.
- Fourth press: All indicators turn off, output power resets to 0V.
4. Light Control
Power on the console and press the LIGHT button. The yellow wire will provide a positive voltage output (power input), and the light indicator will turn on. Pressing the LIGHT button a second time will cut off the voltage output of the yellow wire, and the light indicator will turn off.
