The indicator is red and blinking slowly but does not blink fast after the device scanned the QR code, and does not make a sound like "bee": This may be caused by an abnormal QR code, a defocused lens, or a defective device. Ensure your phone is 5-8 inches from the lens and try scanning from different angles. If using a new brand phone, provide a screenshot of the QR code and phone details. Ensure the lens is clean. Try AP mode setup. If setup fails and the device has no response, provide the device's SN, a screenshot of the QR code, and the setup time for troubleshooting.
The indicator is red and blinking slowly and turns fast red light after the device scanned the QR code, but the fast red light does not turn blue: The fast red light indicates the device recognized the QR code.
