Important Safety Information
⚠️ WARNING: Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over.
ALWAYS secure this furniture to the wall using tip-over restraints.
To further reduce the risk of serious injury and death from tip-overs:
- Place heaviest items in the lower drawer.
- Do not set TVs or other heavy objects on top of this product.
- Never let children climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.
Parts Identification
The following parts and hardware are included for assembly:
- Main unit panels (sides, top, bottom, back)
- Drawer slides (cabinet and drawer components)
- Drawer components (sides, front, back, bottom)
- Hardware:
- Screws (e.g., 10048881, 109049, 100823, 118331, 113434, 151705, 151706, 159991, 190459)
- Dowels (e.g., 10046078, 101350, 120076)
- Cam locks and bolts (e.g., 101350, 106603)
- Handles (e.g., 120076, 106603)
- Wall mounting brackets (e.g., 106989)
- Wall plugs (e.g., 10087223)
Note: Specific quantities are indicated in the assembly diagrams.
Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach Drawer Slides to Side Panels
Attach the cabinet drawer slides (part 10127303) to the inner sides of the left (L) and right (R) main unit panels using screws (part 10048881).
Step 2: Attach Wall Mounting Brackets
Attach the wall mounting brackets (part 106989) to the top rear of the main unit using screws (part 109049) and possibly dowels (part 100823).
Step 3: Insert Back Panel
Slide the back panel into the grooves on the side panels.
Step 4: Attach Second Side Panel
Connect the second side panel to the partially assembled unit.
Step 5: Attach Bottom Panel
Secure the bottom panel to the main unit structure.
Step 6: Attach Remaining Side Panel
Attach the final side panel to complete the main frame structure.
Step 7: Secure Main Frame
Use dowels (part 10046078) and cam locks (part 101350) to secure the main frame components.
Step 8: Attach Top Panel
Attach the top panel using dowels (part 10046078) and cam locks (part 101350).
Step 9: Prepare Drawer Fronts
Attach drawer front supports (part 101350) to the drawer fronts.
Step 10: Insert Drawer Bottoms
Slide the drawer bottom panels into the grooves of the drawer sides.
Step 11: Assemble Drawer Sides
Connect the drawer sides using dowels (part 118331).
Step 12: Attach Drawer Front Supports
Attach drawer front supports (part 101350) to the drawer fronts.
Step 13: Connect Drawer Sides to Front
Connect the drawer sides to the drawer front panel.
Step 14: Attach Drawer Front Panel
Attach the drawer front panel to the drawer assembly.
Step 15: Secure Drawer Frame
Secure the drawer frame using screws (part 113434).
Step 16: Attach Drawer Slides to Drawers
Attach the drawer slides (parts 151706, 151705) to the sides of the assembled drawers.
Step 17: Attach Drawer Runners to Unit
Attach the drawer runners (part 101350) to the inside of the main unit.
Step 18: Insert Drawers into Unit
Carefully insert the assembled drawers into the main unit by aligning the drawer slides with the cabinet runners.
Step 19: Secure Drawers
Secure the drawers in place using screws (part 159991).
Step 20: Adjust Feet
Adjust the feet of the unit to ensure it is level and stable.
Step 21: Attach Drawer Fronts
Attach the drawer fronts to the drawer boxes, ensuring correct alignment.
Step 22: Final Check
Perform a final check of all connections and ensure the unit is stable.
Step 23: Wall Mounting Instructions
Secure the furniture to the wall for safety. Use appropriate fixings for your wall type.
Wall Type A (Solid Wall)
Drill a hole with Ø 8 mm (5/16") drill bit. Insert the wall plug (part 10087223) and then secure with the screw (part 100823).
Wall Type B (Hollow Wall)
Drill a hole with Ø 8 mm (5/16") drill bit. Insert the wall plug (part 10087223) and then secure with the screw (part 100823).
Wall Type C (Solid Wood)
Drill a hole with Ø 3 mm (1/8") drill bit. Secure directly with the screw (part 100823) without a plug.
If you are uncertain about your wall type or the correct fixings, seek professional advice.
Step 24: Attach Wall Strap to Furniture
Attach the wall strap (part 106989) to the furniture unit using the provided hardware.
Step 25: Assemble Drawer Boxes
Assemble the drawer boxes using the provided panels and hardware.
Step 26: Attach Drawer Front Panel
Attach the drawer front panel to the assembled drawer box.
Step 27: Secure Drawer Front Panel
Secure the drawer front panel using screws (part 10096669).
Step 28: Attach Drawer Handles
Attach the drawer handles (part 120076) to the drawer fronts using screws (part 1010008931454276).
Step 29: Attach Drawer Handles
Attach the drawer handles (part 106603) to the drawer fronts using screws (part 10083447, 10091526).
Step 30: Insert Drawer Runners into Unit
Insert the drawer runners into the main unit.
Step 31: Insert Drawers
Insert the drawers into the unit. Listen for a 'Click!' to confirm proper seating.
Step 32: Insert Drawer Runners
Insert the drawer runners into the main unit.
Step 33: Insert Drawers
Insert the drawers into the unit.
Step 34: Insert Drawers
Insert the drawers into the unit. Listen for a 'Click!' to confirm proper seating.
Step 35: Final Drawer Insertion
Complete the insertion of all drawers.
