Eseecloud Security Camera Setup Guide
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up your Eseecloud security camera using the Eseecloud app.
1. Download the Eseecloud App
To begin, download the Eseecloud app on your smartphone. You can do this by scanning the provided QR code or by searching for "Eseecloud APP" in the App Store or Google Play.

2. Account Registration and Login
After downloading the app, you will need to register for an account or log in if you already have one.
New User Registration:
- Open the Eseecloud app and select your country.
- Click "Sign up" and enter your email address, desired username, and password.
- Complete the email verification process.
- Sign in to your newly created account.
Existing User Login:
If you already have an Eseecloud account, simply log in with your credentials.
3. Device Connection
Ensure your camera is powered on. You should hear an app connection prompt. If not, press and hold the "RESET" button on the device.
Adding the Device:
- Navigate to the "Home" page in the Eseecloud app.
- Tap the "+" icon in the top right corner to add a new device.
- Choose your preferred connection method. The app offers various options for adding your device.
Wi-Fi Connection Tips:
- Ensure your camera is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
- Connect to a 2.4GHz or 5GHz Wi-Fi network. Note that some models may not support 5GHz.
- The connection process typically takes 1-2 minutes. Do not disconnect the device during this time.
Scan Code Binding:
- Align the QR code displayed on the app with the camera's lens, maintaining a distance of 15-30 centimeters.
- Wait for the camera to successfully scan the QR code and complete network configuration.
- The device will automatically proceed to the binding interface.
Add Camera Complete:
- On the "Installation Environment Test" screen, select "Skip".
- The "Add Camera Complete" screen will appear once the process is finished.
Device Initialization and Setup:
- The device will register with the cloud service.
- Initialize the device.
- Configure network settings.
- Set a device name (e.g., "Living Room", "Bedroom", "Office").
- Add the device to your list.
Note: If you encounter issues with scanning the code, ensure the QR code is clearly visible and the distance is correct. Listen for a prompt voice or observe the indicator light to confirm successful scanning and network configuration.
FCC Compliance Information
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
- This device may not cause harmful interference.
- This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Any modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation.
If this equipment causes harmful interference to radio or television reception, try the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
To maintain compliance with FCC's RF Exposure guidelines, this equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body. Use only the supplied antenna.
