Installation Instruction of WIFI NVR KIT
This section describes the physical setup of the wireless security camera system.
The system diagram shows IP cameras connecting wirelessly (or via RJ45) to a Router. The NVR connects to the Router via a Network Cable. The NVR is then connected to a PC Monitor (VGA) and a TV Monitor (HDMI) for display. A mouse is connected to the NVR via USB. Both the NVR and cameras require power adapters.
- Install antennas for the cameras.
- Connect a screen to the NVR using its HDMI or VGA port.
- Plug the NVR into a power outlet using a 12V 2A power adapter.
- Plug the cameras into power outlets using 12V 1A power adapters.
- The cameras' images should appear on the connected screen within seconds.
- Plug the mouse into a USB port on the back of the NVR to log in to the system.
- Once logged in, you can access full functionalities including live view, recording, video playback, backup, and system settings.
Note: The NVR can connect to the router via wired or wireless connection. For wired connection, use an RJ45 cable. For wireless connection, right-click the mouse on the NVR interface, navigate to System Setup → Network Setup → Wireless Internet, enable Wireless LAN, find your Wi-Fi network, and enter the password. Note that this system does not support 5G Wi-Fi networks.
The Network Setup interface allows configuration of wireless settings, including enabling Wireless LAN, selecting a network (SSID), entering the WiFi Name and Password, and viewing Signal strength and Wireless Channel information.
Setup The System
This system operates with an embedded Linux Operating System on the NVR, functioning similarly to a desktop PC. A monitor with VGA or HDMI input is required to access the NVR's operating system.
If the monitor displays only the Hiseeu logo or a black screen, it may be due to the monitor's resolution being lower than the NVR's. Try pressing the left mouse button for 30 seconds to reboot the NVR. If the issue persists, try a different monitor.
Upon powering on the NVR, the monitor will display a Setup Wizard. Follow the prompts, which typically include General setup, Wireless setup, Fast network configuration, and Hard drive formatting.
The General Setup screen allows configuration of Time Zone, Date/Time, Language (defaulting to English), Date Format, Keypad type, and Boot Wizard settings.
CHECK NVR NETWORK, CHANGE NVR SYSTEM LOGIN PASSWORD
After connecting the NVR, wait approximately 2-3 minutes for it to initialize. The login screen will appear on your monitor. For the first-time login, the User name is 'admin' and there is no password; simply click 'OK' to proceed to the menu. If you forget your password, refer to the FAQ page for solutions.
Tip: To protect your privacy, set a password as soon as possible (up to 12 characters). Access this via: Right-click mouse → System Setup → System Admin → User → Set Password.
How to check if your Cloud is online and Network status is healthy ?
To verify connectivity, right-click the mouse, select 'Fast Network'. The window should display 'Cloud status' as ONLINE and 'Network Status' as Healthy Network.
If these statuses are not displayed, select 'Manual Config', enable DHCP, click 'Apply', then power off the NVR, wait a few seconds, and power it back on.
Ensure that after rebooting, the Cloud status is ONLINE and Network Status is Healthy Network. This is crucial for remote viewing capabilities ?.

View on PC via IE or Eseecloud and Phone APP
To View on the PC
To view via a web browser, connect the NVR and your computer to the same router. Enter the NVR's IP address in the browser's address bar. Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer are recommended. You can find the IP address by navigating through System Setup → Network Setup → IP address (typically starting with 192.168...). The language can be changed in the top right corner of the interface.
The network video client login interface will appear, requiring user credentials.
To view on Eseecloud software on PC
Input the Cloud ID (found by right-clicking the mouse → Fast network → Cloud ID). Enter the User Name and Password. If you haven't changed them, the default is User Name: 'admin', Password: (blank).
Download the Eseecloud software from: https://ipproapp.com/computer. After installation, use the username 'admin' and no password to log in.
View on IE browser
Find the NVR's IP address by right-clicking the mouse and selecting 'Fast network'. Enter this IP address into your IE browser. For example: http://192.168.1.105. If the default WEB port (80) has been changed, you will need to include the new port number, e.g., http://192.168.1.105:100.
The network video client login screen will appear.
To view on the Phone
Users can scan the QR code provided to install the 'Eseecloud' or 'IP PRO' mobile app for free from the App Store or Google Play.
To add a device: Click the '+' icon, select 'Add', and either scan the QR code displayed on your NVR's 'Fast network' page or manually input the Cloud ID, User Name, and Password. The user name and password are the same as used for NVR login.
Tips: If you have set a password for your NVR system, ensure the password is also updated in the mobile app for viewing. If cameras take a long time to load or do not display an image, try right-clicking the NVR mouse, selecting System Setup → Network setup, and changing the MTU to 1000.
Playback On Mobiles
Within the Eseecloud APP, while viewing live video, click 'Playback' to enter the remote playback menu. The APP playback function typically allows viewing one channel at a time.
Tips: Videos in playback are in HD mode, requiring good transmission conditions. Playback over a LAN is recommended for stability. Remote playback outside the LAN may not always work reliably due to network and connection conditions ?.
