3. Safety Guidelines
- Please do not place any fluid container on the product.
- Please charge the camera for 2 hours when using it for the first time.
- Please use the product in a ventilated environment and prevent blocking the vents.
- Please use the included power supply with the product to prevent damage.
- Please use the product under its standard working temperature and humidity.
4. Installation
- Ensure that the equipment in the package is in good condition and includes all assembly parts. If accessories are missing, please contact customer support.
- During installation, ensure the distance between the camera and the router is within an area with good WiFi signal.
- Make sure the walls are strong enough to withstand four times the weight of the camera and bracket.
- Please install the camera as close to the router as possible, and install the solar panel in a well-lit location.
- The camera supports 2.4 GHz & 5.8 GHz (dual band) WiFi.

6. Add Device
Software Download
1.1 Download Free App EseeCloud: Search for the free APP "EseeCloud" in the App Store or Google Play. The phone app may be updated periodically; if your app menu differs from the manual, please contact support for the latest user manual.

Register Account and Log In:
1. Go to the login interface and click "phone number".
- a: Choose the region code and input your phone number.
- b: Follow the on-screen instructions for verification, which may involve a drag-and-drop security check (e.g., dragging a tennis ball through a red dot to a tennis racket).
- c: You will receive a verification code. Input the verification code to proceed.
- d: Input the code and register successfully.

2. Account: Register an account with your phone number or email to log in.

3. Quick Login: After your first login, the app may automatically recognize your phone number, allowing you to choose "quick login" on subsequent attempts.

7. Add Camera to Mobile App
Method 1 - By Bluetooth Connection:
Please fully charge the camera for 12 hours for the first use.
- Turn on the camera.
- Click "Add camera" on your mobile app.
- Please turn on Bluetooth. Enable the necessary permissions for the app to find devices.
- Find the new device and click on "Add".
- Choose your home WiFi. Please note it supports 2.4GHz/5GHz WiFi. Select your network and enter credentials.
- Waiting for configuring successfully, then you can name your camera.
- Setup motion detection alert if you need the function. Customize smart detection and alert message settings.

Method 2 - Scan to add:
1. Please fully charge the camera for 12 hours for first-time use. Turn on the camera.
Click "Add camera" on your mobile app.

Turn on the camera. Keep the camera on and pay attention to the prompt sound. If you cannot hear the sound, press and hold the Reset button to reset. Check "hear the device prompt sound" and click on "Next".

If you cannot or do not want to use Bluetooth connection, you can choose "cancel" when the Bluetooth connection prompt appears. After connecting to your WiFi, there will be a code on your phone. You can use your camera to scan the code on your phone to finish configuring the device.

8. To view on EseeCloud Software on PC
To view remotely on a PC, you need to register an account on EseeCloud via your mobile phone and add the device first.

Please note that the username and password can only be entered by hand, not pasted.
- Input the same account and password used on your mobile EseeCloud app and click login.
- After logging in, the device will automatically synchronize to the computer.

9. FAQ
Q1. The solar camera stop working?
A: 1. Take down the camera to charge it. The blue light flashes, indicating it is charging.
2. After the camera is charged, please delete the device on the app, then press the reset button for 6 seconds, and add the device again.
Q2. The camera consumes too much power?
A: 1. You can select the "Optimal Battery Life" mode and set the record time.
2. Adjust the motion detection sensitivity to low, reduce frequent camera detection, and customize a detection area.

Q3: I didn't receive the motion detection alarm from my smartphone
A: 1. Go to the App, click the icon on the upper right corner, and enable "Alarm push".
2. If you still don't receive alerts, go to "Me" -> "System authority settings" and check if all permissions are enabled.

Q4: There are no recordings when I check playback?
A: SD card storage:
- Please go to the settings interface -> Storage settings -> Local storage and check the status of the SD card. If there is no SD card, please take it out and insert it again.
- If the SD card is in normal condition, for stability, please format the SD card before use.
Cloud storage:
Please go to the settings interface -> Storage management -> Cloud storage and check the order for cloud storage (Cloud storage service is not free; payment is required). If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact the Technical Support Team for further assistance.

Q5: Can I add this camera to other EseeCloud security camera systems?
A: Yes, this camera is compatible with other EseeCloud wireless security camera systems.
Q6: How can I set it to 24/7 recording?
A: Click the settings icon ⚙️, click "settings", click "Recording setting", click "Record mode", and select "Uninterrupted recording". Please note that when the battery level is below 80%, it will automatically switch to optimal surveillance mode. Therefore, 24/7 recording of this camera only works with plug-in power.
