First Setup
Automatic Earbud Pairing
1. Remove earbuds from charging case and remove stickers.

2. Press and hold for 3+ seconds on each earbud. A flashing blue and white light on one earbud indicates readiness to pair with your device.

Connecting to Bluetooth
Select "Epic Air Sport ANC" in your device's settings. The voice prompt "Bluetooth is connected" followed by a flashing white light means you have connected.

Adding New / Additional Bluetooth Devices
Turn OFF Bluetooth on the previously connected device. Turn ON Bluetooth on the new device. Remove earbuds from the case. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing. Select "Epic Air Sport ANC" in your new device's settings to connect.
Controls
Left Sensor
- Volume Down: single tap
- Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (ANDROID): double tap
- Awareness / ANC ON / ANC OFF: press and hold 1+ sec
- EQ Change: triple tap
Right Sensor
- Volume Up: single tap
- Playback / Pause: double tap
- Track Forward: press and hold 1+ sec
- EQ Change: triple tap
Call Management
- Answer Call: single tap left or right
- End Call: double tap left or right
- Reject Incoming Call: press and hold 1+ sec left or right
Music / Movie Mode
Press and hold both sensors simultaneously for 3+ seconds.
Audio Prompts
The earbuds provide voice prompts for various states:
- "JLab ON": power is ON
- "Ready to pair": Epic Air Sport ANC is ready to pair with your Bluetooth device
- "Awareness": listen to surroundings
- "ANC ON": Active Noise Cancellation is ON
- "ANC OFF": Active Noise Cancellation is OFF
- "Bluetooth Connected": Earbud is connected to device
- "Battery Full": 100-80%
- "Battery Medium": 80-20%
- "Battery Low": less than 20% (When power drops to 10%, "Low battery" will play again)
- "Goodbye": power is OFF
Turning Off Without Charging Case
Turn off Bluetooth from your device settings. The earbuds will turn off after 3 minutes.
Equalizer Modes
Tap either the right or left earbud 3 times for different EQ settings (Epic Air Sport ANC will cycle through 4 EQ presets). Customize each EQ setting by downloading the JLab Air ANC app from the Apple/Google Play store.
- JLab Signature: JLab C3™ signature sound, boosted bass and vocals
- Balanced: Even sound without extra enhancements
- Bass Boost: Enhanced bass and sub-bass
- Custom: Custom EQ setting (download JLab Air ANC app for customization)
Auto Power On/Off
1. Placing earbuds in the charging case will TURN OFF the earbuds and begin charging. Blue lights indicate the earbuds are charging and will turn off when fully charged.
2. When removed from the charging case, they will automatically TURN ON and connect.
Charging
Wired Charging
Connect Epic Air Sport ANC to a computer or USB 5V 1A (or less) output device. LED lights pulse white while charging and turn solid white when fully charged.

Wireless Charging
Place the charging case on a wireless charging pad. LED lights pulse white while charging and turn solid white when fully charged.

Fitting
Try all earbud tips for the best fit and proper insertion. Insert into the ear canal and gently rotate to adjust for the best fit.

Troubleshooting
No Sound in One Earbud or Earbuds Are Off (Manual Reset)
- Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and forget Epic Air Sport ANC. (See A)
- Keep earbuds in the charging case and on ONE earbud, quickly tap the touch sensor 7 times. The light will flash blue 4 times. (See C)
- Repeat with the other earbud. Quickly tap the touch sensor 7 times. 3 lights flash blue 4 times. (See C)
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. Wait for one earbud to become solid white and the other to flash blue/white. You are now ready to pair with a Bluetooth device.

Bluetooth Device Not Connecting / Reconnecting
- Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and forget Epic Air Sport ANC. (See A)
- Turn OFF then Turn ON Bluetooth. (See B)
- Remove earbuds from the case. Wait for one to become solid white and the other to flash blue/white.
- Select "Epic Air Sport ANC" in your device's settings to connect.

Quick Tips
- Left or right earbud can be used independently for music and phone calls. Just select one and remove it from the case to connect.
- Only ONE Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth on the selected device for connection.
- Completely dry the earbuds before placing them in the charging case to avoid damage to the case.
Warning
Completely dry the earbuds before placing them in the charging case. If the earbuds are damp or wet, it will cause damage to the charging case. The warranty will not be valid if the charging case shows damage from water/sweat.
Caution
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or breaking the earbuds.
- Earwax can accumulate on earbud tips, reducing sound quality. Carefully remove earwax using a toothpick or other small tool to restore sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try reducing the volume or stop using them temporarily.
- If you experience regular discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
- We recommend taking care of your earbuds as you would a nice pair of sunglasses and keeping them in a safe place when not in use.
