Manual Pairing
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, remove the earbuds from the charging case and touch and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
You can also customize controls in the soundcore app.

Powering Off
To power off the earbuds, place them back into the charging case and close it.
The earbuds will automatically power off after 30 minutes if they are not connected.
Reset
Reset if the earbuds cannot be paired correctly with each other or with other devices.
First, delete the pairing history from your Bluetooth device. Remove the earbuds from the case. Within one minute of powering on the earbuds, touch and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound.

Firmware Update
You will be notified if a new firmware version is detected after connecting the earbuds to the app. Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case and the case remains open until the firmware update is complete. The earbuds should be charging during the update. Avoid using them.

App
Download the soundcore app for additional features like gaming mode, device search, EQ customization, and firmware updates.
If the earbuds cannot connect to the soundcore app, reinstall the app or update it to the latest version from your mobile app store.

Charging
- Tear off the insulating sticker from the earbuds before the first use.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and close it. Ensure the earbuds and USB-C charging port are completely dry before charging.
- Connect the charging case to a power source using a certified USB-C charging cable. Fully charge both earbuds and the charging case before first use.
Power On & Pairing
- Open the charging case and take out the earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
- When connecting for the first time, select “soundcore R50i/P20i/P25i”* from your device’s Bluetooth list.
* The device name may vary depending on the region for which the device is intended.
