Enhance your audio experience by downloading the Soundcore app. It unlocks features such as Gaming Mode, Find Device, customizable EQ settings, and firmware updates.

If you encounter connection issues with the Soundcore app, try reinstalling or updating it to the latest version available in your device's app store.

Wearing Your Earbuds

Select the ear tips (sizes S, M, L) that provide the best fit and comfort for your ears.

Charging Your Earbuds

Before charging, ensure the earbuds and the USB-C charging port are completely dry. For the first use, fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case.

Charging Steps:

1. Remove the protective insulation stickers from the earbuds before the initial charge.
2. Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid securely.
3. Connect the charging case to a power source using a certified USB-C charging cable.

Charging Information:

• Full charge time: Approximately 2 hours.
• Quick charge: A 10-minute charge provides up to 2 hours of playback.

Powering On and Initial Pairing

Open the charging case and remove the earbuds. They will automatically power on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

During the first connection, select "soundcore R50i / P20i / P25i*" from your device's Bluetooth menu.

Manual Bluetooth Pairing

To manually activate Bluetooth pairing mode, take the earbuds out of the charging case. Then, press and hold the touchpads on both earbuds simultaneously for three seconds.

Earbud Controls

Powering Off Your Earbuds

To power off the earbuds, return them to the charging case and close the lid. They will automatically shut down after 30 minutes if no Bluetooth connection is active.

Resetting the Earbuds

If you experience issues with pairing the earbuds to each other or to other devices, a reset may be necessary.

1. Begin by removing the earbuds' pairing history from your connected Bluetooth device.
2. Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
3. Within one minute of the earbuds powering on, press and hold the touchpads on both earbuds for ten seconds. Release when you hear an audible confirmation prompt.

Status Indicator LED Guide

Firmware Updates

You will receive a notification within the Soundcore app when a new firmware version is available. To update, ensure the earbuds are in the charging case with the lid open until the process is finished. Keep the earbuds charged and refrain from using them during the update.
