Failure to execute the instructions in this manual can cause personal injury or property damage.

When operating this dispenser, always exercise basic safety precautions, including the following:

Limited Warranty

Primo Water Corporation ("Vendor") warrants to the original purchaser of this dispenser, for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, that all parts shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, provided the dispenser is assembled and operated according to the printed instructions. Proof of purchase may be required.

The Limited Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts under normal use and service, as determined by Vendor. Contact Vendor's Customer Service Department before returning any parts. Defective parts will be replaced without charge if Vendor confirms the defect. Transportation charges for returning parts must be prepaid by the purchaser; replacement parts will be sent freight or postage prepaid.

This warranty does not cover failures or difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, improper installation, improper maintenance or service, or failure to perform routine maintenance as outlined in the User's Manual. Damages to the finish, such as scratches, dents, discoloration, or rust, are also not covered.

This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Vendor disclaims all warranties for products purchased from sellers other than authorized retailers or distributors. After the one (1) year express warranty period, Vendor disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Vendor shall have no liability for any special, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. Vendor assumes no responsibility for defects caused by third parties.

This Limited Warranty grants specific legal rights; purchasers may have other rights depending on their location. Some jurisdictions may not allow exclusion or limitation of damages or warranty duration, so these limitations may not apply to you.

  2. Locate dispenser on a hard and level surface in a cool shaded location near a ground fault interrupting receptacle.

  2. Slide drip tray assembly onto the door.

Provide Electricity

Plug cord into a ground fault interrupting receptacle. At this time, the pump will begin to move water from the bottle to the hot and cold tanks. It will take up to 4 minutes to fill the tanks for the first time. During this period, the pump will run continuously. This is normal.

Operation

This water dispenser has been tested and sanitized prior to packing and shipping. During transit, dust and odors can accumulate in the tank and lines. Dispense and dispose of at least one quart of water prior to drinking any water.

Dispensing Cold Water (37°-50°F / 3°-10°C)

Tank Capacity: 3.6L, Flow Rate: 35mL per second / 126L per hour

After setup, it will take approximately 1 hour to reach maximum cold temperature. During this time, the compressor will run continuously, which is normal.

  1. Position bottle, glass, pitcher, or cooking pot below the spout.
  2. Touch the center of the cold water control to start water flow.
  3. Release control once the desired fill level is achieved.

Convenience Switches

Activate Cold Switch

Notice: This unit will not dispense cold water until the switch is activated.

To activate, push the top side of the green switch in to start cooling water. If you do not want cold water, leave the switch in the OFF position (bottom side pushed in).

Activate Nightlight

To activate, push the top side of the blue switch in. The LED bulb behind the center spout will light up. If you do not want a nightlight, leave the switch in the OFF position (bottom side pushed in).

Optional: Locate Your Drip or Single Serve Brewer

The top of this dispenser is designed as a corral for drip and single serve brewers. This helps you free up counter space and puts you close to a source of pure water. It can also serve as a great spot to keep cups and beverage mixes.

Diagram Description: An image shows a "Primo-Mount Magnet and Pad".

  1. Place the silicone pad with the Primo logo facing up. This helps keep the brewer from sliding around.
  2. Assemble your drip or single serve brewer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Place it in the center of the brewer zone.
  4. Run the brewer's cord through the notch in the back wall of the dispenser.
  5. If your brewer has a metal plate on the bottom, the Primo-Mount magnet will automatically pop up and connect. This helps eliminate tip-overs. To remove your brewer, lift upwards, and the magnet will disconnect.
  6. Insert the brewer cord into the wall outlet.

For easy clean-up, place your silicone pad in the dishwasher or hand wash with liquid dish soap and warm water.

Changing Bottles

A flashing red light alerts you when your bottle is empty. Replace the bottle as soon as possible.

  1. Open dispenser door and slide the empty bottle out of the cabinet.
  2. Remove the probe assembly from the empty bottle. Place the probe assembly on the probe hanger.
  3. Set the empty bottle aside.
  4. Place a fresh bottle outside of the cabinet. Remove the entire plastic cap from the top of the bottle. Clean the outside of the new bottle with a cloth.
  5. Place the probe into the bottle. Slide the collar down until it clicks in place. Push the head down until the tube hits the bottom of the bottle.
  6. Slide the bottle into the cabinet and close the door.
